Hotel Santhi Palace

Had a nightmare experience here. Very worst service in my life time. The food n service style are not acceptable to everyone.

No proper response and services, costly(4.5k for 3 bed), water not coming early morning bath time, no hot water, no parking ,arrogant response Finally they ll tell kindly sorry for inconvenience, humanity basis forgive us.. Be aware, avoid...!!

This place is good for Andhra style food but all dishes are good but it's worth of money for dining

Rooms used to be good few years back. Now not that great anymore. Only plus point is we get good food during pilgrim season. Rooms badly need some maintenance and are not worthy of the money we pay. Parking is limited. No lift. This hotel is only surviving because of the location and pilgrim traffic

Worst place, unsafe for ladies, unclean rooms, high price, no facilities, water problem, rude and unprofessional staff.and management. Don't waste money. I shifted to another hotel after a day. No ventilation, banging on doors in the night. No towels or soaps provided.

I stayed at this hotel recently September 2024. My stay was a nightmare. I specifically asked and paid well for an AC Room. I stayed two nights as I was on pilgrimage. On the first night the AC stopped working at 3:00 am in the morning. Mr.Sudarsan was helpful and gave me another room to sleep in at around 4:30 a.m. But sleep was already disturbed so no use. I told them to fix the AC or change the Room. When I got back to the room after temple visit around 7 p.m. the AC was working, room was cool. I thanked them and went to sleep around 9p.m. The AC stopped working at 1:00 a.m. Mr.Sudarsan changed the room, but again it was so frustrating that I could not sleep. It was two nights of lost sleep in humid September heat. Now the people are good, Mr.Sudarsan is a helpful person. But when the AC failed repeatedly causing severe disturbance and damage to health, I find its my responsibility to write these facts in this review. Avoid this Hotel if you need a working AC in your Room. Waking up middle of night and losing sleep in not worth it. Avoid Santhi Palace, if you value your sleep at night. Avoid this Hotel.

Food taste is very bad.And they are very rude to Ayyapa swamis. Don't ever stay and have food here

It is one of the worst hotels to stay. I come to this place once or twice in a year. The rooms are not hat good. Above all the staff are very rude and unfriendly esp. one of the mgrs. He is really a b******. He only shouts at customers and when we complain to the M.D. , though he is there, the manager cooks up a story and the M.D. is least bothered. The roms are not that neat and clean- sometimes the bed lenin are not changed and the pillows are being used for ages and the cotton in it has become hard and turned to balls. Above all the food quality has come down too. Above all , the people who work at front desk are b********, esp. the manager. Never ever stay at this place. Better try for other hotels like Amden or stay at Mahadevar temple , but never ever stay at this place. There is no respect even for older people too. All they say that the rooms are not available or the A/C is not working, but give it to at higher price to other people.
