I'd like to share my recent experience. We purchased a burger for 240 rupees and were disappointed to find that it was cold with barely any veggies and just a small amount of cheese. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, one of them said they would check with the kitchen but then left through the back door without addressing the issue. When we asked another staff member for the bill, she provided unsatisfactory explanations.

Was a regular customer during my high school days. Never been there for last 10 years. Accidently went there for getting few strips for quenching my hunger. That was one of the best strips had in my life. The quality of their food is top notch and the staffs are awesome. They priced their items reasonably and affordable to everyone. It's a must try for everyone.

Good fried chicken, the texture is unmatched but on the flavour side it's a bit bland for my liking. But overall cos of the texture it's really good, and please try to have it as warm as possible.

The overall atmosphere was really pleasant. Service was really fast. The chicken was crispy and fresh. The taste was second to none. I would even say that the food was better than KFC. Would highly recommend it again.

Food was really tasty. Tasted almost equal to KFC. Coleslaw, chicken pieces, burgers, french fries etc .. Burger buns tasted sweet. Cost was inexpensive and reasonable for what they served. They didn't have all varieties as per their menu but what they had was good. No fresh juices only aerated drinks and water. Dine in facilities, washroom, handwash were all good. No card payments and parking.

I had a disappointing experience at Kenchick chengannur due to the behavior of one of their lady billing staff member. Her approach was very rash and unpolite, making the entire interaction unpleasant.

I take out 9pc pack but its not worthy. My experience was i order 9pc through online because they have online delivery they call me back and inform me its not available till 4pm then i decided go the shop and take out the order when i reached they said its not ready . When i reach the outlet they said they changed the outlet location when i reached the kayamkulam outlet they said i have to wait i waited up to 30 min . They lied to me regarding the order ,Wasted my time. Very bad service.
