Yyoo the biryani was very tasty and guys trust me one of the best cloud kitchen I have found till now . And their customer support was very good Must try their special dishes

worst experience, ordered dum biryani and got ravoother biriyani instead. And it has the tiniest pieces I've ever seen in a biriyani. worst stuff, never buy from them!

I will say its one of the best available in swiggy in chengannur region. Tried their kizhi porotta, kothu porotta and most of their items. All seems uoto the mark. A sinple suggestion is to provide little gravy and salad for the kothuporotta as its little dry.

Ordered Beef kizhi porotta and BDF online. Both dishes were prepared really well and was really tasty. Will definitely order again!

Thought it was a restaurant, but it is mainly on takeaways and home delivery. But when we approached there they arranged seats for us in the terrace.. We ordered kizhi porotta beef.. The taste was superband its homemade food. Could improve seating arrangement

True Justice to the veg options... the food was yummy.. I had placed order twice from here and they didn't disappointed us.. the panner butter masala was finger licking good.. paneer was soft.. the veg fried rice was yummy too..

This restaurant started in 2020 during the first lockdown. I tried it back then and had a very bad experience, as I suffered from food poisoning after consuming either chicken or beef from Kudavayaran Restaurant. At that time, it wasn't fully established as a restaurant. After that incident, I didn't have the courage to try it again. Recently, in May 2022, I was invited by one of my relatives, and they ordered from the same restaurant. I didn't experience any issues that time. However, yesterday (June 1st), I ordered some chicken and beef dishes, and since last night, both me and my family members who consumed the food have been suffering from severe stomach upset. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. Mistakes can happen, but not the same one, not twice. I hope the restaurant will take a thorough look at the quality of the dishes they serve. (And as for your reply, I already mentioned chicken and beef products, so it's not generalized. When someone consumes multiple dishes and faces issues, it's hard to pinpoint exactly which one caused it. Regardless, you know the quality of your food, and from your responses to reviews, it's clear how you handle genuine customer feedback.
