Very bad hotel..We got stuck in a very bad hotel, showing a lot of things in the photo. When I went in and had the APPAM vegetable stew - the stew was full of sugar. When complained - very bad food and bad behavior from the supplier.. Don't get fatal diseases by eating food from this hotel

Those who eat from here should also take stomach pain pills because they are experiencing stomach pain due to eating food from here that was not cooked to the correct temperature. If you want to make your body healthy, you can't find a better place to do it than this, another hotel that has been opened for the sake of money is even more special.

A piece of Vatta/Trevally fry was 250 rupees, and the quality was abysmal.

The atmosphere is favourable. The food is decent. Bad service. In particular, how the cashier acted during a communication breakdown in their UPI system. Even though we had proof of payment, some employees were acting as though we had defrauded them. At the parking lot, they pulled us up and asked us how we paid, so I gave them all the information. After a while, one of their employees arrived and said, "Payment received," without offering an apology. They must learn how to interact with clients. We went there of trying the food with a friends because we love to eat. However, we will never be able to return to this restaurant after this experience. I can understand the issue the cashier will face if no payment received but there is a way to handle it. We stopped to explain and show the proof of transaction but the cashier dint accept whatever we showed. He insisted saying that the payment was not received. Please give proper training to your staffs to understand and behave in a proper way for what ever issue may come.

We tasted porotta ,beef roast , butter chicken and chilli chicken Porotta very crunchy and tasty only chilli chicken is much better one and the other remains are below average . Service is good and keep it on time . Its is beside of MC road and very good space for parking

Average experience.. This restaurant offers a decent dining experience. The food is really disappointing. We ordered mandi, Chicken biriyani and meals all are just average. But if you're a mandi lover, pls don't go for it. Service is friendly, but the menu lacks variety. Kinda overpriced foods.. making it a suitable choice for a quick and average quality foods. Good parking space.

There is enough space to sit. Hut is behind the restaurant. You can also sit and eat there. We ordered Chicken Biryani and Fish Manthi. Biryani is okay. But manthi,didn't like it. There is a children's play area at the back side.

On our way from Pathanamthitta, we thought having lunch from this place. From outside it looks fine, but when we went inside for dining in the AC room, it wasn't working. the fan was running and the door was open. Myself and kids had chicken biriyani and all got sick. We couldn't continue the travel for few hours due to sickness. Moreover, flies everywhere. If you are a traveler and going to dine in, be prepared to take the risk.
