If i get to rate 0 for the service, I would have . Such a bad experience with the person who deliver the food . They serve food like they throw food to strays . So unprofessional

I am a big fan of Indian coffee houses! Have you ever noticed that they maintain a special unique recipe throughout their branches? Also, they are maintaining a very good ambience inside! Those white-suited waiters make us feels we are in a palace! I just loved this place!!!

Went for breakfast. Ordered Ghee Roast. To be frank, it wasn't roast and the sambar-chutney were 'ok-ok' . Out of 10 i would give 7 for the ghee roast. Coffee and Tea was nice. Service was speedy and done neatly.

Today ,I bought porotta parcel from here,they charged rs 14 for one,but when I opened it ,it looked more like a small thin dosa -nothing like a proper porotta .It was disappointing to pay rs 14 for something so small and not as expected.

My experience at the Indian Coffee House was disappointing. The waiter seemed inattentive and rushed, often not listening to our needs. We had to seek assistance from another waiter to complete our order. To top it off, when our coffee was served, it was accompanied by a cup and saucer with spilled coffee. Overall, the poor service detracted from what could have been an enjoyable dining experience.

I had to dissect the Chicken Cutlet and examine to find chicken parts inside it! Potatoes 99% and Chicken piece 1%! Coffee/tea is very good.. Yet taste wise, it's awesome! It's one of the oldest running Restaurants in Cherthala town.

Parking facility not available here. Indian Coffee House the biggest restaurant chain in Kerala . The 'India Coffee House' was started by the COFFEE BOARD in early 1940s, during the British rule. In the mid 1950's the Board closed down several Coffee Houses in different cities throughout India. At that time the Board had decided to dismiss the employees. A large number of employees lost their jobs. That was a turning point, the well known great communist leader com. A.K.G (Ayillyath Kuttiari Gopalan Nambiar) took over the leadership of the said employees and organized Societies all over India in various states. This is the "INDIA COFFEE BOARD WORKER'S CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY".

I orderd a lime juice , we all people drink lime juice everywhere but first first time in my life I'm dring this much bittery lime juice verry disappointing from a brand like Indian coffee house , when I talked this matter with the supplier he behaved verry rudely ,verry bad customer service,also the receptionist i talked to him he also never said a sorry or a solution ,,,i request indian coffe house team to take an action for this matter ,,not only this time previous time also supplier from this branch talking verry rudely ..not friendly at all
