Food & atmosphere is great but service should improve a bit.

I recently dined at Mehr Hotel and appreciated the delicious food. However, I felt that the service could be improved. The Service staffs were a bit slow to attend to our needs, and we had to remind them to take our order. Water wasn't served promptly, and we had to ask for it. The food portions were delivered is less and we had to ask for refills a few times. We also requested ketchup, which wasn't brought to our table. Despite these issues, the food was tasty, and I hope the hotel will work on enhancing its service to match the quality of its cuisine.
While the food at was delicious and the ambiance was quite pleasant, our overall experience was affected by the extremely long wait time. My family and I had to wait 1.5 hours for our food, which was quite frustrating. The staff didn't communicate properly about the delay, making it even more disappointing. If they can improve their service speed and management, this place would be perfect. Until then, be prepared for a long wait!
Good food and ambience was nice especially the customer service. Some points that you could note for improvement is that rice quantity for mandhi is comparatively less than other restaurants. Seating especially on sofas is too low and difficult for short people.
