Ordered porotta , beef pollichath, beef peper roast along with some other dishes in swiggy yesterday. Porotta was not well made...ottum adichittilaa..idhilm kuranja rateil idhilm nalla porotta thattu kadayil kitum.Also butter porotta and normal porotta was exactly the same. If your food tastes good then higher pricing is fine but here food was not upto the mark. Beef Pepper roast I bought for 300rs and the gravy that I bought for 26rs was delivered in the same tumbler. Quantity ottum illa. Pic is attached. I used to order from you outlet before and I was very satsified. But now your quality and quantity of food has dropped a lot. Had a very disappointing experience. I will appreciate the number of variety foods you are providing but what use if it doesnt taste good?

I recently ordered Chicken 65 Biryani through Zomato, with an estimated delivery time of 60 minutes. However, the order took over an hour to arrive. When I contacted the restaurant to inquire about the delay, I was disappointed with the poor attitude and service from the person attending the call.

Ordered fish curry from swiggy worth 250+ They have mentioned 100 gms fish and just received 40 gms... They replied "it was raw fish's weight and it will reduce after cooking"... They should have mentioned that.... They will display different picture in swiggy .. I am attaching what i received...

From zomato i have bought this bucket biriyani from mom's kitchen.they are saying like its for 4 people and they took 936rs from me for this less quantity food.when i receiving the pack i got shocked.even the zomato delivery person said its not worth. Contacted moms kitchen and they were like they cant do anything they want to sell this is that price only even if the price is more. We have so many food option in cherthala. Much better quality food we will get in less reasonable price.before going moms kitchen think twice.Anymore me or any of my friends will be having food from there.such a cheating is going on there. Please don't choose this shop.

Very bad experience. Today I just ordered 2 set of chappathi one with chilli gopi and one with chicken chilli, but they delivered me 2 set of chilli gopi only. And taste wise also it was very bad. Never gonna choose this restaurant again. Very very bad one i had ever tasted.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff's behavior was extremely unprofessional and annoying. Service was incredibly slow, which made the visit frustrating. While the food tasted average at best, the hygiene was appalling. The water bottle they served wasn't washed properly, and they didn't even provide a straw for the juice. When we requested them to turn on the tube light, they outright refused, saying it was only for nighttime use. The entire area, especially the washing area, was poorly lit and unwelcoming. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Their lack of attention to customer comfort and cleanliness will undoubtedly ruin your dining experience. Avoid at all cost

In my opinion this is the only restaurant in Cherthala with such a vast menu.Whats more interesting is that all the items are prepared against order only.So that most of the items in the venue is available all time.Also they offer decent dining facility and have large parking area.Overall I liked this place
