The View Munnar

The room was filthy, smelly and unclean. The bed sheets were not changed I believe it was dusty from the previous tenants and not cleaned by the hotel management. We picked the cottage we weren't aware the cottages has no lifts it's a hill we need to walk we were 5 floors down we need to climb the hill every day which was really inconvenient for my mom. Which will be helpful if they could mention the same in the website. Food: we ordered Kerala chicken curry which was made with methi leaves so obviously they don't know how to make it. They mentioned 24 hours hot water in the website and the 2 night we stayed i didn't get hot water. Overall I am very displeased with the cleanliness and overall stay at the hotel. Will never visit this hotel again.

It was a wonderful stay, a little on the outskirts of the main city of Munnar hence more peaceful... have the main market area just down the slope so has accessibility to a variety of restaurants. The rooms were clean and the view from the balcony was so serene and peaceful. All the staff are good deal and also guided us. It was a lovely experience.

We had booked the Valley View Room, and it did not disappoint. The view from our balcony was simply breathtaking. Watching the mist roll over the hills in the early morning light was magical, and we spent a lot of our time just sitting out on the balcony, soaking in the serenity. It was one of those views you don't want to look away from. The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean. The room was spacious, with neat furnishings and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A nice bonus was the lift inside the hotel -- quite helpful when you have luggage or if you're traveling with older family members. Not something you find often in hill station properties at this price point. The staff and hosts at the hotel were very polite, attentive, and welcoming. They were always available to help with anything we needed and ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible. It's the kind of hospitality that makes you feel right at home. For meals, the hotel has its own in-house restaurant, which we really appreciated. After a long day of exploring, it was great to have a place to eat on-site without having to go out searching for food. The dinner we had there was tasty and freshly made. Breakfast was complimentary and came with a good variety of options. We had puri sabji, bread with butter and jam, and idiyappam -- all of which were fresh and satisfying. It was a great way to start the day before heading out for sightseeing. Overall, The View Munnar gave us a memorable and relaxing stay. The combination of stunning views, peaceful location, good food, and kind hospitality makes it a solid pick for anyone visiting Munnar. The location was very nice. Calm place to enjoy ur holiday destiny. The room was spacious, with hill side view balcony. Enjoyed the climate thoroughly. BreaKfast complimentary was so delicious.

Staffs we're really friendly. Property have a great view. We took the cottages and it was really good. But makesure don't keep the balcony door opened, monkeys are there so always close the door when leaving.

I would definitely recommend this stay for the stunning valley view lovers. The receptionist Jithu and the hotel staffs are very polite and friendly. Thank you Guys for your beloved hospitality. Only concern was the Non veg food i had at the hotel. It was not good but if I'll highly recommend the veg food. Veg food was fabulous. Especially the breakfast Should have given 5 star but the nonveg food deducted one star.

The place was extremely beautiful with a good view from the balcony.we loved it.The ambience from the hotel was great. The food was extremely bad. I had ordered noodles,which had a bland taste..the non veg food where average.The morning breakfast was not at all tasty. About the rooms,the rooms where clean and perfect .but the towels and the bedding was full of dirt and marks..it was not upto mark. The service and staff where good. It didnot match my expectations from other MAAT hotels, because I loved there other stays.
