KFC

I recently visited the KFC outlet in Muvattupuzha with friends for dinner, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The outlet wasn't crowded when we arrived, but we quickly noticed that most of the menu items were out of stock. We had to choose from very limited options, mainly burgers, and even some chicken items were unavailable. The cleanliness of the tables left much to be desired, with leftover plates and food scraps on the tables. It was disheartening to see a staff member playing mobile games with some people occupied a table - who doesn't seems to be guests, rather than attending to the cleanliness of the restaurant. The quality of the food was another letdown. The chicken wings we ordered were not cooked well, which further added to our dissatisfaction. Overall, it was not a good experience at this KFC outlet, and I hope they improve their stock availability, cleanliness, and food quality soon.

It was a complete disappointment..The chicken dint have any flavour and was not cooked properly..I had kfc last week from Palakkad which was much better. This one was not at all good.Chizza what they have in this outlet is a complete disaster.In burgers they do have only lettuce in it which does not have any taste.. please do have same taste across your outlets ...The bad thing is that it too have blood stains!!!!

Parking and dining is spacious. Took around 20 mins to process the order which is kind of okayish. Had a burger and crispy chicken. The chicken was less roasted. Bit expensive compared to others. Overall I did feel the price was more than the quality.

I had a truly disappointing experience at KFC Muvattupuzha recently. Not only were several items on their menu unavailable, but to top it off, they got my order wrong. It's frustrating when you're craving a specific meal, only to be told they don't have it. And when they finally brought my order, it wasn't even what I asked for. KFC needs to step up their game in terms of menu availability, food quality and order accuracy. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I won't be returning anytime soon.

It was a slight disappointment this time. The chicken was bland and flavourless. I had huge cravings for some fried chicken but then had to walk disappointed. I had kfc last week from thodupuzha and it was far better. This one was not upto the mark. I really hope they keep uniformity in food quality and taste just like how they would do in other countries.

I felt Very bad experience with staff .They are playing and hiding something.no manners no respect.I strongly recommend you never choose this restaurant for food.They will make you uncomfortable and unhappy.

Once I went to KFC in Muvattupuzha. They turned off all the displays. They only display expensive items. Very poor service. When I asked about this, they got angry with me.

Visited the recently opened KFC outlet in Muvattupuzha which is in Thodupuzha road near the private bus stand. It's kind of a big outlet with enough seating. Ambience is really good. Felt staffs were less experienced and billing was quite slow. Food quality & quantity:- Didn't find anything different from other KFCs. Tastes exactly same dishes and same taste. It is high time for KFC to reconsider increasing the quantity of dips and sides. For the current price, felt quantity is really less. Waiting time was also quite long, again it is due to the inexperienced staff. Overall a good experience.
