MALABAR Family Restaurant near Aster Medcity

I usually don't leave negative reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was really disappointing. We ordered two Biriyani's, and the food tasted old and reheated. The chicken was burnt and inedible, the eggs seemed old, and the salad had a foul smell--clearly spoiled. To make things worse, we waited an unusually long time for our order, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. Overall, it felt like a waste of money and a health risk. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Very bad customer care and bad food I buy a kozhuva fry but it's fully curry leaves only little potion of fish only very bad...

Foods were good. Staffs were also cooperative. Had several meals there. Everytime they served fresh foods. Situated just beside the entry gate of aster medcity. Foods are less pricy than inside restaurents of Aster Medcity. THey also serve tea, coffee and other snacks.

Worst food!! please do not visit..even if you starve to death!

Excellent Kerala meals with Delicious Fish Fry. Side dishes were average and pappad was sluggish. But it was a good meal. Reasonable price as well. Parking for Cars can be a challenge.

The meals was charged 70 rupees and was not worth it. The sambar was extremely disastrous, purely watery with just some water and sambar powder mix. To fill the curry column in the plate, they just served 2 types of pickle and there was payar thoran and kadala pavakka upperi. When i tasted the kadala, i came to know that they just mixed some pavakka with the same kadala curry which they have served me in the morning breakfast with appam. Service was also rude and food was extremely pathetic.

Location is infront of Aster Medicity . So the rate and taste of food is comparatively good than the Paragon restaurant of Aster. But the restaurant is less hygienic and staffs are also little rude to the customers. Anyway I prefer this restaurant as the food court inside Aster Medicity Hospital is too much expensive and the food seems to be low quality.
