Hotel Annapoorna Arcadia

I had a great experience at Hotel Annapoorna Arcadia's restaurant. The food is really good, and they offer plenty of parking. The security person is very friendly and made us feel comfortable. I tried the breakfast, and it was fresh and delicious. One thing I would suggest is a bit more attention to the atmosphere, especially in the washroom area. Otherwise, everything was great! If you're traveling toward that area, it's very easy to access this hotel as it's located right on the main road. Definitely worth a visit.

I recently had a masala dosa and coffee at Annapoorna. The masala dosa was delicious, with a perfectly crispy texture and flavorful filling. However, the chutney was a bit disappointing--it didn't quite match the quality of the dosa, lacking the punch I was expecting. The coffee was decent, though. Overall, a good meal, but the chutney could definitely use some improvement.

We came as family of 8 with variety of expectations. I preferred having a proper Sadhya, while kids and other family members prefered some light menu like fried rice, noodles kind on shared basis. Mr.Harikumar read our minds and suggested the right portion of food options. Sadhya is A1. Chinese options that my family tried were all awesome. Must visit veg restaurant if you are travelling around Tiruvalla.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Annapoorna. I ordered meals today and was shocked to find a worm in the food. This is not only unhygienic but also completely unacceptable for any restaurant, especially one with such a reputation. What's more disappointing is that this isn't the first time we've faced issues here. Despite visiting 3-4 times, we have never received a proper or positive response from the staff, even when concerns were raised. This lack of accountability and basic customer care is deeply concerning. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and initiates immediate quality checks and staff training to avoid such experiences in the future. Customers deserve clean, safe food and respectful service.

I recently visited this place in the Thiruvalla area for a Kerala Sadhya, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Every dish was packed with authentic flavors, and the variety of side dishes was impressive -- each one prepared with great care and taste. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, always serving with a warm smile and ensuring plates were never empty. The spacious parking is a big plus, and the entire experience is very budget-friendly considering the quality and quantity of food offered. If you're a vegetarian or just someone who enjoys a traditional Sadhya, this spot is a must-try. Highly recommended!

Visited Annapoorna Arcadia for breakfast and had a mixed experience. Upon arrival, we had to wait about 10 minutes for a seat since a bus full of students had just arrived, which wasn't an issue. Once seated, we ordered 4 ghee roasts, 1 masala dosa, 1 set dosa, and 1 poori masala, along with 3 coffees and 2 teas. The food started arriving, but only 3 ghee roasts were served instead of 4. We immediately informed the server, but despite waiting for 10 minutes and reminding another staff member, the missing item was brought only after we had already finished the rest of the meal. Getting the tea and coffee also required repeated follow-ups, even though the crowd had significantly reduced after the students left. Surprisingly, the security staff at the entrance was more welcoming and attentive than the service team inside. While the food was good, the service was disappointing. A little more attentiveness from the staff could make a huge difference. Hope they improve the service to retain customers.

A very poor, below ordinary sadya. Poor serving too. One waiter was chewing while serving. Taste is nowhere near traditional. There are a lot of items on the platter, but none tasted good.

It was an amazing experience. Food was delish, light, healthy and simple, exactly what we were looking for. The pineapple, grape chutney was out of this world. Staff was really nice and understanding. Overall an extraordinary experience!
