Chicking

Had a terrible experience at Chicking. We were served chicken that was disturbingly pink and red, which made us very uncomfortable. While it didn't have a foul smell, it looked far from properly cooked. When we reported it, they quickly took the food away and apologized, claiming it was blood from the bone marrow, which wasn't convincing at all. The next day, both my friend and I ended up with upset stomachs. On top of that, the service was frustrating -- we had to repeat our requests 2-3 times because the waiter kept forgetting. The interiors are nice, but that's about the only positive thing I can say. Overall, a very bad experience. Would not recommend.

The fried chicken had an average taste , and the pricing is relatively high compared to other outlets. The communication among staff needs improvement. Initially, a male staff member mentioned a specific chicken offer, but later a female staff member contradicted, stating there was no offer. Parking spaces are available, and the entire area is neat and clean.

Food was bad. I ordered 4 piece meal. They only served the 4 piece chicken and forgot that they had to serve fries, cold drink, bun and coleslaw. Had to remind multiple times. The place however was very clean and nice. Maybe a little improvement on service will make this place great!

Really have a bad impression on food supplied by this team. We have raised a compliant regarding quality of chicken supplied from there. They didnt even respond to the complaint. In my suggestion, there is no guarantee for their food as they dont have any serious concern over food safety.

The food is acceptable, but when compared to other outlets, it lacks some flavor. While the cooking was nearly perfect, there is room for improvement in the masala, which could enhance the overall taste of the dishes.

It was a good experience, I visited the outlet with my friends and we all felt the same the food delivery time and staff service were quick and satisfying

Good food and excellent service from Linson. Ample parking space is available around the store premises too. Overall a good place to hangout with family or friends.

I visited the Chicking branch in Eramalloor around 2 months ago. Unfortunately, my experience very bad. We ordered one of their offer packs, but I can't recall the exact name. Despite the delay in receiving our food, which we were willing to overlook, the broasted chicken was poorly cooked. It was very greasy, with oil dripping from it. Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning properly in some areas. The cleanliness of the washroom was also below standard. The wash basins had standing water, making the washroom very unhygienic. It took me some time to decide whether to write this review, but I feel it's necessary to share my experience. The Eramalloor branch needs to improve its food quality and maintain a cleaner environment to uphold the Chicking brand's reputation please don't spoil and also I just added a old pic that I orderd.
