I tried the chicken Shawai from UB Grills and really liked it! The flavors were well-balanced, the meat was juicy and well-cooked, and the leg portion size was satisfying. It had a nice blend of spices that made it stand out. Just a little more spiciness could have made it perfect. Overall, a great experience..

Neat and Clean.. Tastes like Kerala style only (Dont expect TN style tastes).. Fresh Mayo served.. 1) Biryani - Good 2) Egg fried rice - Good 3) Peri peri Chicken Alfam- Ok (Cooked too much, chicken looks too black on the top of layer) 4) Mandi biryani - Good (But rice needs to boil even more)

Just tried Alfaham Kuzhi Mandi. The dish was just okay, nothing too flavorful or remarkable. The sitting arrangements were decent, and the service was satisfactory. Overall, it was a just okay experience, but not something I'd rush back for..

I ordered the smoked cheese shawarma recently and was quite disappointed. I didnt see anything smoked in it. Jist a normal shawarma with a cheese patty above it. Both the quality and quantity did not justify the price. They used to serve the best shawarma in town, but unfortunately, the current standard feels no different from what we get in a normal bakery. I dunno about their Alfam. Earlier it was good. Shawarma is not at all worth. Really really disappointed.

During a recent family visit, we decided to have lunch and ordered beef biryani. However, when our food arrived, we were disappointed to find chicken pieces mixed in with the biryani. We immediately informed the shop owners, who acknowledged the mistake and offered us two extra pieces of beef as compensation. Unfortunately, the biryani was also overly spicy and quite expensive, which added to our overall dissatisfaction with the experience.

We tried their whole meat chicken shawarma in rumali wrap along with peri peri alfaham. The shawarma was moist and succulent with a decent mix of spices and meaty flavour. But the alfaham was quite dry and lacked flavour. Do try their shawarma but not a great fan of their alfaham. The portion size was also small. The place is a little congested yet they are very hospitable.

UB grills stand on kunnamkulam guruvayoor roadside. They have verity of grilled chickens. I bought Afghani Alfaham which was a new type of Faham and I liked it as it was a tasty coating of special mix, not too spicy nor too masalish. The price compared to the service and dine in experience they provide was a bit expensive. They also have mandhi and biryani. They had no hot drinks that was a big negative for me. People who likes shakes and fresh juices along with Alfaham, it's okay.

The worst kuzhimandhi I have ever tasted--it's not even good because I've had a lot of good ones. Salad was awful, red chatney is also awful, and 220 rupees is the worst possible amount of money.
