i had a disappointing experience here, i asked the waiter twice whether the bread items were fresh or pre-made, and he assured me they were fresh.however, when i received them, the chapathi and porotta were so hard, they were like papadam, i ordered biryani rice, but instead, they served ghee rice, which was quite frustrating. the only thing i enjoyed was their shake items, which were nice

I have ordered Two Ghee roast and Two tea. I should mention that there is no Ghee in ghee roast . They said the total prize was 195 for two ghee less ghee roast and twp tea, Which means One ghee roast coast 80 . Also one Tea cost 20 rs kathi thanne..... Kashtam

Food Tazza Family Restaurant is located in the North Nada of Guruvayur Srikrishna Swamy Temple. The restaurant has a clearly labelled vegetarian, egg, and non-vegetarian dishes. The restaurant is easily accessible via road since it is on the roadside itself. Also the parking is available for both light and heavy vehicles at free of cost. Both road side parking and a parking space in front of the restaurant is available which can be used for parking. Dishes like chappathi, Porotta, Biriyani etc are recommended while their Egg Noodles, Veg Noodles etc are not recommended. The curry items including non-vegetarians are also recommended. The atmosphere was extremely unhygienic. I ordered a chicken biryani and had a very disappointing experience. The biryani was cold, and I even bit into a stone. I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. I ordered an item through Swiggy, and they called to inform me that the item I wanted wasn't available. I clearly told them not to prepare anything and was told, quite casually, "Man, cancel it." I agreed and canceled the order on my end. Since they couldn't fulfill my request, I decided to order from another restaurant. However, in the meantime, this restaurant chose to go ahead and prepare the item anyway and delivered it to me. This makes no sense--first, they tell me they don't have the item, then they blatantly disregard my instructions and deliver something I didn't even want anymore. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for the customer's time and choices. If you can't deliver what was ordered, why proceed with making it after being told not to? This experience has left me very disappointed, and I wouldn't recommend ordering from here.

I order coin parotta and chilly chicken gravy through Zomato. I am having this experience in this restaurant for the first time. A complete disappointment. The chilly chicken gravy was too salty. I was too hungry. So I ate a few parotta. Parotta was okay. But somehow I managed to eat this salty chilly chicken a little and it was only because I am too hungry. I tried to call the restaurant many times. Nobody is there to attend. I highly warn everyone not to order any food from here. Because I didn't get any response from this restaurant. Now I am searching for some stray dogs to eat the rest. Well done FOOD TAZZA. And I paid 180rs for the chilly chicken and Zomoto will refund 69 something rupees not to tell this anyone. Wow! Food is waiting for the dogs to come. I did this only because I was hungry and I was forced to eat some salty chilly chicken along with anger. I still didn't get any response from the restaurant. You owe me an apology.
