KTDC Nandanam Restaurant

We had the afternoon meals which we were not sure would be available since it was almost 2:45 pm, but fortunately for us, the meals were still available. The meals were quite good. It had about 12 items and all of them tasted quite good. The rice was properly cooked. Best of all, the meals were very cost effective. The service was quite good too. We had to park at the Hotel parking behind the Restaurant since the Restaurant parking was closed for construction. The restaurant was quite clean. Great to see a State owned enterprise doing this good, year after year, at least at this location. Recommended, if you are in the Guruvayoor area for some good meals.

Went there for lunch yesterday when we were in Guruvayur. Normal kerala lunch was available with payasam. It was good and quite vfm. They were serving unlimited rice and sides too. Costed around 110 per person for the meal. We again went in the evening too after our temple Dharshan. Had tea and banana fritters. The banana fritters were a absolute treat. Don't miss them if you are going for evening tea.

KTDC Nandanam is a decent place to have meal. They serve ordinary meal as well as chapatti and veg curry too. The food is tasty and good The place is of good ambience and tables are arranged spaciously. The service is quick and good. The staffs are polite and courteous. Overall a good place to tryout! The rate is too high, very bad taste,Rs 100 for two chapatis and one vegetable curry Is this a five star rate? If there was an air conditioning rate the AC should have worked, it would not have. If you do not use AC due to corona, you should not revise the rate, do not cheat people knowingly like this.

Very clean, and tasty authentic Kerala Meal in the afternoon.

A vegetarian restaurant part of the KTDC Nandanam hotel. Food is just average compared to which the menu prices are slightly higher. You do get decent Kerala veg meals for lunch and good Kerala snacks (ennakkadikal) in the evening. They serve buffet breakfast as well. Seating capacity is less and can get crowded quickly (but not very crowded like other restaurants on East Nada). Parking available in the premises. Situated very close to the railway station.

Unlike other hotels in guruvayoor , Ktdc has ample car parking facility and quiet atmosphere. And they serve quality food with reasonable price.
