Burger Lounge Irinjalakuda

I had loaded fries (chicken, 210) from here. Considering the price, the food was below average. I had way better loaded fries from other cafes before. The quantity of chicken used in the fries was too small. The ambience was okay.

Good food, great ambience

Truly disappointed with Burger lounge this time ..their quality has decreased drastically..we used to enjoy their burgers, but this time ..we found the burger buns not fresh and the Burgers were not appetizing at all and small. Only the wedges and fries were good..And the waiter showed absolutely no interest in our feedback.!.

Tricky and low quality food. The burgers take around 45 minutes to get prepared. The staff finds it hard to explain the menu. Ineffective reception and they can be tricky at times. The business will offer multiple payment methods before dining to attract customers but will declare card machine is not working to get change or liquid cash for business use. Unprofessional service and not an ideal option to visit with family. Not a great experience and better to avoid the place and select the KFC which is nearby for a better family experience and quality food.

The club sandwich and the mojitos were average. The chicken roll was just okay. We had to wait more than half an hour just to hear that item wasn't available. Not satisfied with the service. They were constantly asking about bringing the bill like they were in a hurry. Dining space is nice and cozy. Good for small parties and celebrations. Not wheelchair accessible.

Best place for hangout with your friends,family etc... .Ambience here is also good, Wasn't that crowded, so we could enjoy our time well. Very easy to access. We ordered a spclclub sandwich and a wrap. Both taste are just average.The only thing which I felt a little uncomfortable was waiting time. I had to wait a little long to receive my order. Second time here and I was disappointed. They forgot our order and we had to wait for more than 45 mins for a sandwich !!The customer service is just average. . No wheelchair accessible entrance Parking space is very limited

I could have given 5 stars but only due to one reason. The amount of garlic mayo you are pouring into a Burger is unbearable. When we eat we can only taste mayo not the taste of a burger. In my case, I specifically said to the waiter, that mayo and ketchup should be very low but I got stunned when I see the amount of mayo you have put in the burger (in the photos you cannot see it properly ). Too much mayo in food doesn't make any food more tastier. What you are getting is just the taste of Mayo. Some people might like it, but not everyone's cup of tea I tasted the beef Patty separate. It was juicy and tasty but you guys are ruining it with overuse of mayo. Still, I could say it was one of the best burgers I had tasted near premises and their nice ambience and interior. Staff also good service

I had tried a veggie cheese burger at Burger Lounge; the taste was good and awesome. I really loved it. A good and neat air-conditioned space where you can enjoy your favourite burgers and smoothies
