Kallada Regency

Came to this place to have food with my family after a long and tiring day of traveling hoping to get some good food. Leave good food, the restaurant was astonishingly unhygienic for a hotel of that size. Cockroaches and insects crawling all over the table and we had to ask the staff to change the table cloth. We were too tired to look for any other restaurant so we ordered food with our fingers crossed. To our utter horror, the food was absolutely pathetic. Oily sweet curries, cold uncooked chapatis, and with the limited spread of food they had cause anything on the menu that we would order would be unavailable. To add to our misery, the staff told us to make the last order by 9 pm. 9 PM? Really? All in all, it was a pathetic experience and I won't recommend anyone to come here for food at the very least. TL;DR Abominable food, Don't come. And to the owner who has replied, yes, it is the restaurant of Kallada Regency Irinjalakuda.

The hotel does not provide a toilet or shower facility for taxi drivers who come as guests. Drivers coming here should be careful.

Best place to stay, if you want to visit koodalmanikyam temple

I stayed here for a close family event. Over all the stay was pleasant but being a north indian I found it pretty challenging to communicate with the hospitality staff. The receptionist was quite fluent in understanding English and that eased the communication during the initial process. Coming to the rooms which were pretty spacious and clean but did smell awful initially. The rooms had clean washrooms and were well ventilated. Overall it's a nice place if you wish to stay within the city but yes the distance from the airport is quite a lot to travel.

The rooms are ordinary. The location is very near walkable distance from bus stand. So location wise the property is ideal. The service is also very good. There was a water leakage issue with the AC within seconds of informing the reception technician came to the room. They have a cozy restaurant too with good cuisine

VERY VERY WORST FOOD! I GOT FOOD POISON FROM THEIR SOUP The sweet corn soup was very Bad They used Sweet corn with fungus when I called the manager He said I'm lying and I'm eating this soup for the first time The waiters and Manager are very bad they insulted me I said it's fine I said Take 2 chapati and 1 Beef with Vegetables salad They gave me Hard chapati they didn't even cooked well Also From beef curry I got 1 small piece of hair and Beef was very hard to eat They Give Old beef meat Also They gave veg salad only green chillies and A piece of lemon was Good They Gave Spoiled Vegetables I didn't Eat anything i just paid the money and Took some pics This is how this Restaurant treat people Im the one who always Go to every Food spot to check to food quality for sharing on social media I provide Photos too

The room is as ordinary as at other hotels. All the amenities are available in the room. Including refrigerator, TV, and ironbox. The bathroom is clean. AC is working properly. A decent balcony is also available. Staff are friendly. There is a lot of parking space available and it is easily accessible as it is located in the main town.
