Food was tasty Coustomer service, hygiene should be updated

It was a very very bad experience. After having food we had a feeling that we had taken a wrong decision for having food at these type of hotel. The behaviour of servants was the worst i have seen. Even though there we were coming after Sabarimala visit, they treated us badly. Also there were no one other than us in the hotel and they tells us to self serve and angrily replying to us to serve. Action should be taken against these type of hotels where customer rights is not obeyed and bullying the customers with harsh words. I would like to give no stars for these types of hotels,but as it is not possible i am giving 1-star

Worst of worst experience having food here.. while travelling towards Pathanamthitta by chance entered this restaurant to have breakfast. By entering here , It was like the worst decision I ever made , it spoiled all the mood. They served old food which was just heated up . We couldn't eat it . And we were forced to pay the bill. Such restaurants are really a curse.

Once upon a time used to be a pretty good place for Chaya and Kadi. Have even ordered in bulk here. But now the place needs a total revamp .. in food quality as well as service.

I only had the time for having a tea and some quick bites. We enjoyed the tea and the hot n'fresh snacks. Though it was not at rush the order wasn't fulfilled properly.

Except ambience..taste service everything was soo good...while travelling to Thekkady we were unable to get any restaurant but this one coincidentally we tried and it was worth visit...veg options also was nice..we had veg thali

We were having food there. But suddenly one guy, he seems like manager he started shouting at a staff. It was very disappointing experience.

Very bad food,pathatic service,unhyginic atmosphere,worst of money,its a very difficult task that we can identify whats the food they served.
