BE@KIWIZO ROBOTIC THEME RESTAURANT

Thoroughly disappointed with the whole experience. So the whole robotic theme is just a farce. Basically a motorized cart with a dummy body which moves on a fixed track. There is one person just to push and stop the robot to correct spot. Service is atrocious. Dirty glasses for serving water. Ordinary melamine plates. Half the items mentioned on their " today's special" menu was not available. Unprofessional waiter. Food was average at best, Good quantity though. Quite oily. Ordered tawa fry fish, got ordinary oil fry. So on the whole just disappointing. Prices were reasonable. Interiors well lit. At the best, a one time visit.

I appologize for the late entry. I was here on the inaugural day and I was quite impressed with the interior and the decor chosen for display. The robotic waitresses were a novelty however they move very slowly and I wonder if they can accurately deliver to one's table. Parking seemed inadequate, we had to park elsewhere to get here. We tried to order some food, however we couldn't as there was a limit for orders for the first day so can't complain. I hope the restaurant lives up to the hype and deliver quality food.

All hype no service. Whenever I went there they had no service. People will come and return and some will have juice and snacks from a small juice and snack bar inside it. The staffs are of no help and the hospitality is real bad. The front desk is of no use. People will not ask or tell you anything. You have to book ahead. And many people who book may not even come may be from their previous experience. And if you decide to wait for a table it will take you around 2 hours to get the table. The best thing is you can walk around and no one will ask if they could help you with anything. They have a really big waiting room in ground floor. Which is not actually a waiting room but that's what people are using it for. I joked to my friend let's go to kitchen and make our own food and no one will care.

The waiting time here is just unbelievable! We have to book table before going yet we have to wait atleast 30 min to get a seat inside the restaurant. And then it takes another 30 to 45 min to get the food! And the food was not worth the wait just an average food. I ordered fried rice and it was full of oil. May be the kids will love the robots but that's all you get from here. Not worth the time and effort. And who ever designed this place they need to know that the washroom plays a great importance in a hotel. I've never seen such a bad washroom.

Nice restaurant with robot waitress theme.. it creats a fantasy when a robot serves our ordered food. Food taste is average.. nothing exclusive/special in menu..pricing also good.. Good hospitality and ambience is the mark of this restaurant. Good parking slot. The restaurant is little bit inside the main road ... it's a proud restaurant for all malayalies as it is the first Robot theme restaurant in Kerala

Have to say ...I'm really disappointed...THIS PLACE IS ONLY FOR THE ROBOTS....and not also worth it...first thing..this hotel is in very stringed place...if two vehicles come..its a block...next..the security guy is really arrogant.. the waiting time is very long...they could have just taken the order while v waited..v ordered for pop corn chicken..a kfc rippoff..no flavour at all..no salt...where the fried rice was too salty...washroom is ill maintained..no cleaning....forget the ROBOT THEME...there is no theme at all...they forget to give u spoons and forks...can u believe that !..the end...NOT WORTH THE HYPE...u can just go there to see robots...which r not fully robotic also

Expected something very unique Technological collaboration in Hospitality, getting excited through Advertisements as well, Finally experience from BE @ KIWIZO is bit simple as some more 3 Electric charging Robots supplying Foods to our table. I feel there are no advantage gaining with the robots in Human Resources and Time lapsing. With this innovation only giving some fun and entertainment for children. Attracted Corner at BE@KIWIZO was "Baking Mommy" it is a unique concept to deliver homely cakes and snacks to the society through their modern equipped counter. I really appreciate management for having this space for us. Must visit "Baking Mommy" and taste their special recipes.

Be@kiwizo Restuarent worth a visit, robotic restaurent , robots supply food, above average taste of food, some items really superb,good for chinnese items Bit far from town, got amble parking, heavy rush in weekends and holidays, prebooking in direct or phone very must to get seat. Without prebooking most times you wont be able to get your seats. Even with booking its a lot waiting time.... bit more of waiting for seats and in seat for food ...but worthy in the sense of robots and taste of food. Kids would love it really
