If you are expecting good service and Restaurant dining experience , this place is not for you, You may get chance to have your premium food in paper plate, once you ordered some dish after waiting half an hour they may tell this dish is not avaible now, I got chance face these with this restuarent. Interior 4.5 star Food 3.5 star Service 1 star may be lesser than 1 Better go to nearest roadside tattukada they will treat and give experience better than this resturent

This was the worst mandi experience I've ever had, accompanied by poor customer service. The mandi rice tasted stale, as if it was from the previous day. When we complained, they replaced it, but the replacement was no better. It felt like eating upma with chicken. I wouldn't recommend visiting this place.

I visited here with my family. We had food from here. I ordered butter chicken, ginger chicken, paneer butter masala , butter naan , poratta , noodles , fried rice and chicken 65. Food was delicious. And texture was good. But quantity is very less when compare to other restaurants. We had to order lot of curry for our family. The interior of the restaurant is very beautiful. They built a pirate ship here. You can sit inside the ship if you want. The ambience is excellent. Food is on the expensive side.

I recently visited Good Bay in Kannur, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The Dum Biriyani lacked flavor and authenticity, and the watermelon juice tasted bland and watered down. Overall, it didn't meet expectations and is not recommended at all.

Food was fine. The price is quite High. We ordered a Lime Juice and we identified a Bug inside it and informed the waiter on the same. He seems so calm and asked to replace the juice. No other reaction. Refer the attached photo. I'm not going there in future. Removing this restaurant from my list.

Well-designed and crafted interior with a theme of an old dhow and menu also a mouthwatering, best available hotel with many fish verities in the town. But I feel need to improve many aspects of the hospitality and service.

We tried their seafood bucket , It comes in 3 sizes 2 pers, 4 pers and 8 pers.. we tried 8 pers which costs 3500 and we were only 6 pers and felt it was not enough! There were more crabshells than any other fish.. We had a very long waiting time almost 45 minutes... Overall it's a one time try only! They can improve their service and quality too! Parking space is available.

I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. The poorly peeled prawns in the biryani were a major letdown, and the cashier's unpleasant attitude only made the experience worse. Save yourself the disappointment and explore other dining options instead.
