If you are a Mandi person then this spot is for you. We tried there mutton mandi and it was really good, we also ordered a quater peri peri alfam and that was also. I will recommend this place for those who want to try mandhi

Had an amazing experience at Hezmet Restaurant! Tried the chicken and beef mandi, and both were absolutely delicious. Mr. Sahood does a fantastic job - the flavors were perfect, and the service was excellent. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Mandhi is a 10/10. Probably the best I had from Kannur. We also had chicken platter which was good. The soup they serve before mandhi is also super good. Reason for the 2 star. - Made us wait exactly 55 minutes after taking the order -We ordered 2 normal, 2 periperi and 2 honey. After 55 minutes they served 6 perperi and walked away. When we asked she said rest are not available. Not informed, just felt like we were served the free ifthar on Masjid - Unprofessional and with zero empathy from the lady staff with the hijab/headcovering. - order errors, wrong number of pieces mentioned in the platter, missing rumaal rotty, wrong bill printed with 2 extra chicken. - Lime tea was good. But it was almost cold which ruined the experience. Would definitely recommend for the mandhi but service needs major improvement. Happy to revisit and revise the review next time i visit here.

Hezmet Restaurant has an excellent ambiance it truly deserves a five star rating. The service was also great, with a kind and professional lady serving our food. We ordered Chicken Mandi for four people (800). The food was average but budget friendly. However, the watermelon juice was overpriced at 85 each, bringing our total bill to 1140. Overall, it was a decent experience with a pleasant atmosphere and great service.

The average mandi and order takers is not satisfactory, and their approach toward customers is not polite or professional.

Peri peri mandhi was good and great ambiance with reasonable price but rice quantity illa (half mandhi)

Today we tried food ( Mandhi) in the mentioned restaurants in Kannur. it was very worst experience. they are provide very old chicken. why we choose the hotel. because of their ambience. but ambience & service are secondary. Management should check the quality. Because many families come with children. Why are you giving them food poisoning. They are paying money know.. then you should give them good quality food. Profit is fact of the business. but don't do this kind of.. if can't, just closed. google not providing ( - ) option.. that's why I am given single star ) ...

Horrific! Fly in tomato sauce served along with mandi Their so called best selling dish called Zafrani chicken was like chewing into rubber Pl dnt let other reviews fool you. Hardly any rush & they couldn't handle things neatly imagine during hush hours.
