I visited this restaurant recently and asked myself why I didn't try this place earlier. Although there were plenty of seating, the restaurant was still busy and crowded. The food was delicious--the curries, which had an authentic taste and the fish dishes, which were excellent. The service was also good. Highly recommend this place for lunch. Parking area is available near the restaurant.

I recently dined at Karthika hotel in Kannur and had an amazing experience! The restaurant serves authentic Kerala cuisine with a focus on local flavors and ingredients. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, with friendly staff attending to our needs. The food was outstanding, with generous portions and reasonable prices.

Loved the food and express service. Though we had to wait for 15 mins to get the table it's only because of people gathered to taste yummy food.

I tried their Sea Fish Chatti Chor, Kuruva Oon, and Ayakkoora pollichath and it was a delightful experience! The Sea Fish Chatti Chor, priced at 200, comes with an amazing variety of fish items like Matthi Fry, Ayala Fry, Koonthal Roast, Chemmeen Roast, and Cut Fish Fry, along with Thenga Chammanthi, lemon pickle, cabbage thoran and Pappadam. It was exceptionally good! Their sambar and fish curry are thick and flavorful, adding to the meal. The Ayakkoora Pollichath, priced at 590, was a massive portion with thick masala and lots of Thenga kothu. While the masala slightly overpowered the fish's flavor, it was still quite tasty. The meal also comes with sides like fresh Moru and Payasam, both of which were excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Highly recommended! NB: The hotel is open from 12 PM to till 4 PM. If you're planning to visit during peak hours, like around 1 PM, it's better to arrive early to avoid the crowd.

One of the best lunch spots in kannur. Tried out Chattichoru 230 Chicken Biryani 180 Excellent table service and well organized staffs. Yummy food and special mention to sea food items... especially prawns and Mussels. Satisfactory pricing. AC/ Non AC Dining available with better seating facility. If you're looking for best meal spot near railway station dine here. Decent Parking facility & Digital payments available.

Special meals on the upper floor which is too good and variety of curry and taste too good Ayakura fry prawns fry both are too good Ayakura polichathu and alot more You can try once when you are in kannur and wish to have good meal

Best meals and chatti choru.. amazing fish curry / fry rice i can only say about this cos that's what I had .if your in kannur Karthika is a must place to have a meals and fish .. I have rated this place 5 since this was worth the money that I paid. Good food and good ambience and a class of service.
