I recently tried the biryani here after hearing a lot of hype, but honestly, I found it to be quite average. It tasted like a regular biryani and didn't really stand out for me. I was expecting something more special. However, the staff was really good and their behavior was polite and welcoming.
It's on main road and like the good quality and good taste they have. Have tried veg and non-veg both and they have good taste in veg as well.
Very pleased to have visited MVK Heritage Foods , tasty and mouth watering dishes .. visited along with my friends ... would surely recommend...
Chicken Biryani is my anytime choice...This is second time me visiting MVK... Plate are warmed or heated for hygiene purposes. Hot water is served as standard drinking choice...and post having the briyani...sip of lime tea is mandatory to close the deal...
Worst service ever had + Neat and clean - no parking space - rude staff - worst food Butter chicken was like tomato curry and they charged 240rs. We have ordered dry fry and chicken 65 also both were like eating carbon. Fully over cooked and nearly black in colour. We have informed it to staff and he was like " ivduthe fry ingane aan". Don't ever try these dishes from here, it will be waste of money. I repeat don't ever try
MVK has always been famous for its Biriyanis. Whether the present day quality is at par with 10 years before, is an arguable topic. We ordered Chicken Biriyani (I don't remember eating anything else from here in the last 15-20 years) which tasted good. The portion is sufficient for person. A half portion would be sufficient for kids. We also ordered lime tea, which is a must try option here after the lunch.
MVK biriyani was very good and famous. It was my favourite before. But now the biriyani is below average. They are not taking any effort to improve the biriyani. I will never go there again.
The mutton biriyani came out as delicious and tasty, but the lime tea came out of the syllabus and took the show. One of the best lime tea ever, give it a try after biriyani.
