Wow! The breakfast was fantastic. Although the dining area isn't very large, it has a nostalgic ambiance. The meat was fresh and the whole thing was great. If you find yourself in this area, this place is worth visiting, particularly for breakfast.

I won't say it is the best mutton. It is an normal mutton curry with puttu. They have other verities of breakfast as well.

Just googled to find lunch options near Kannur Railway Station. This place was just a 100-meter walk from the station exit. Even though I saw good reviews, I was a little apprehensive due to its old-style look. But to my surprise, it turned out to be a charming old-style 'naadan' restaurant with good fish curry meals and superb mathi fry (sardine). The rates are very affordable for this tasty naadan ela oonu.

Had Puttu, tea and Mutton curry from here. Seats are quite limited. It was good and tasty. Very near to Kannur railway station.

Breakfast: Puttu and Full Mutton Curry and Pappadam strong Chai served Hot 690/- for two persons

This is a very old restaurant in the middle of kannur city. It's busy whole day and serves traditional Kerala foods. Quality price and service are the call . Putti and mutton curry is must try.

This is a place I usually have breakfast from whenever I go to drop someone at the railway station or if I am close to this place in the morning. Their mutton chops, putt, cherupayar and horlicks are my usual choice. The cook on the mutton is not well done as in it could be a little chewy. The service is quick and the staff is attentive.
