Mirth Village Hotels & Resorts Kanthalloor

We as a family of 5 pax stayed at this property for 3N/4D from 24 th to 27 th May 2025.||- Mrs Himadri the GM of this property is very warm and gave us a memorable welcome and made us to settle well after our long drive .||- They arranged two of their staff to take us to the near by stream along with Tea & snacks. They were so caring and helpful to keep our stay comfortable||- Their chef & restaurant team offered us a decent Tasty Breakfast Every morning with wat ever varieties we requested. They also preplanned our lunch & Dinner menus in advance. The food was seriously good to taste at resonable cost. Though the restaurant is still under construction they served it at our room ON-Time . Every evenings they kept us busy with some activity and served good snacks with Tea/cofee.||- Second day They organised us a local jeep ride and for which we paid separately||- Due to bad weather our wifi connection got affected time to time but their staff subramani were so helpful to spare their hotspot to do some urgent official emails.||- Airtel sim was not working in whole of Kanthalloor and marayoor areas; only BSNL & Jio was operational.||- Must thank their staffs Sanu, Aswin, Lapps for providing all support and comfort during our stay. We thought only the first day they will give so much attention and care to us but Mrs. Himadri made sure we got same kind of attention & care on all the 4 days of our stay, this was really amazing.||- As a team they bend their back to satisfy our needs to the fullest possible way is the highlight of this place.||- Over all we left with good memories of Mirth resorts on the final day, though bad weather (Heavy winds and down pouring) forced us to stay indoors for two days we never felt we were alone. If this property was in Munnar area other than Kanthalloor then nobody can beat them with their service, this is my prediction. ||- If you need pampering without burning ur pockets much, you can choose this place where they will make sure you are happy at ur best. I did not hear a single word "NO" from any of their staffs mouth for any of our request.||I was really surprised to experience so much of care , after staying in many properties across many hill stations in last several years.||I congratulate and request them to maintain the same level of service in future too. The staff at Mirth were incredibly welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were cozy, comfortable and immaculately kept. We also enjoyed delicious meals and campfire evenings. Breathtaking views and cozy spaces made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. A special thanks to the staff and management who made it feel like 'Home' away from home. Will definitely visit again. I highly recomend 'Mirth Resort' to anyone visiting Kerela.

Pros : 1) Nice location, calm and not crowded 2) Clean and we'll designed property 3) Option for two bedroom and common room cottage 4) Independent cottage gives more privacy 5) Food is average Cons 1) Location wise , though it is quite andncalm place may not be an exotic location with great view. Updates 1) Construction is not completed, probably after that I could comment on restaurant and recreation facilities

I recently stayed at Mirth Resort and had an outstanding experience. The facilities were top-notch, and Operations Manager Mr. Jude made our stay memorable with his exceptional attention to detail and friendly demeanor. The well-maintained rooms, beautiful surroundings, impressive amenities, and warm atmosphere created by the entire staff were truly remarkable. Mirth is one of our best experiences, in terms of stay, the location of the resort, the tasty food and the beautiful view that changes every now and then. The sound of waterfalls, the birds all will take you to a different atmosphere. If we prefer, Mirth can be a compete disconnect from the world. A very peaceful location to relax.

A wonderful location and surrounding nature. Rooms are very neat and clean. This place is elephant crossing area. Service is very prompt and friendly. Manager Jude is very kind and friendly manner. But food is not available here because of renovation work is in progress at Kitchen and dining area. A right choice to stay at here.

We had a very short one night stay at Mirth, and I would say it was quite a good experience because of the staffs. Mr Jude, the operations manager is genuinely a passionate hotelier. He made sure everything is perfect during our stay. His team was very attentive to our needs. We forgot one of our personal belongings in the room during check out. Mr Jude was kind enough to courier our belongings to my address which shows their willingness to go an extra mile for the guests. All the best to the team.
