I had a meal served on a banana leaf. It was really delicious & homely. I tried their squid fry. Very delicious. Service awesome. The guy did his utmost to serve me. Parking - there is an abundant space for parking. It is not crowded. Price - reasonable price. I paid rs 60 for meals & rs 100 for squid fry ayakoora-180 Omlette was pathetic! Cons- The facility & cleanliness are average. Not suitable for families. Verdict - highly recommended

Accidentally stumbled upon this local restaurant near kasaragod court complex.. It's primarily a fish restaurant. Wide variety of fishes marinated are kept in display and we can chose the fish we want to fry. Or you can have the routine fries like mackerel or sardine.. Fishes are fresh and marination is good.. I had the squid roast and porotta. Porotta was cold & hard while squid was good.The ambience is of a local roadside eatery with plastic chairs and rectangular tables. They have biriyani too. Pretty decent affair for the price, it's a good choice for a basic lunch with fish fry.. Heard that their chicken chukka is also good..Plenty of parking available around.

Definitely a straight 9.7 out of 10 for the food served here. If you are craving for a filling lunch, then this is the right spot. This restaurant has the ambience of a Thattukada with a steel table for every 4 plastic chairs. One of the greatest meals I have ever had in my hometown. There are a variety of options you can choose for the side dish. They provide fried mackerel, fried squid, fried sardines, fried anchovies and a lot more. The squid fry is a must-try. It's piping hot with a blast of spices. If you are going to the Civil Station for any purpose and feeling hungry, then this is the right spot.

If you are looking for a Kerala style lunch, better try. U can find variety of fish fries and also chicken fries. Even you can get fish biriyani. Prices are affordable.

Great food. Great peoples.... Prasadam Hotel Is the best at Kasaragod. You will get a lot of fish items here . And the lunch is just nadan. Try breakfast items. Chicken Chukka and chicken masala is excellent.100% Recomended.

The food is excellent.tasty and fresh traditional kerala dishes.must try kappa meen and hamur roast.They provide filling quantity of traditional keral style food at best price without comprising quality.
