The ambience here is brilliant, and the service is commendable, but the food left me with mixed feelings. The manchow soup, roti, and naan were very good. However, the paneer Manchurian and paneer kadai fell short of expectations. The Manchurian lacked balance, with an overpowering taste of soy sauce, while the paneer kadai didn't resemble the authentic version, it was just a mildly sweet gravy with paneer pieces. I would have rated this place higher if the prices weren't so steep (considering Kayamkulam standards) or if the food had better flavor, which would have justified the cost. Overall, it was an average experience.

Lunchtime stop. New, clean, tasty food. But the loud rave music was off-putting, would be fine if they've provided pills to go with it.

Delicious Food and Great Dining Experience at PLANET Multi Cuisine Restaurant! We recently visited PLANET Multi Cuisine Restaurant in Kareelakulangara, Kayamkulam, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From ambiance to service and especially the food -- everything was commendable. We tried a variety of dishes including Alfaham Mandi, Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka, Chilli Chicken, along with Poratta and Naan. Every single item served was full of flavor and freshly prepared. The Alfaham Mandi was beautifully cooked -- tender meat, aromatic rice, and perfectly balanced spices. It was one of the highlights of our meal. The Butter Chicken was creamy and mildly spiced, exactly how it should be -- ideal for pairing with their soft and fluffy naan. The Chicken Tikka had that authentic smoky flavor, and the pieces were juicy and well-marinated. Chilli Chicken brought in a spicy Indo-Chinese twist, and it had the right balance of crispiness and sauce. Both Poratta and Naan were served hot and complemented the gravies well. The staff was polite, attentive, and made sure our dining experience was smooth and comfortable. The restaurant was clean, well-lit, and had a pleasant family-friendly environment. We also liked the variety in their menu -- from Arabic to Indian to Chinese, making it a perfect stop for anyone who wants options without compromising on quality. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience. We would definitely recommend PLANET Multi Cuisine Restaurant to anyone visiting the area. Great food, good service, and excellent ambiance -- totally worth it!

Edited Review (previously given 4star) My sixth visit today at Planet and the Worst experience also. Poor service - no staff to take orders, once ordered they will not mind you. Didn't even get the hot water. Poor food - first time in my life, I had a cold alfahm!! Even after waiting for 45 mins, all food items were cold. One piece (see the photo) king fish curry, mulakittath they say and exactly approves its name. Fish in the syrup of chilly powder, that is also cold. No taste at all.

Worthy place for a stop as the food is really good and is located beside the highway in Kayamkulam. Seating capacity is large, service was not late and the food didn't disappoint in quality and quantity. Non-veg platter and Butter chicken with Phulka are recommended.

Great ambience. Very well done with nice decor. Clean and hygienic. Temperature, music, seating, hand-wash all in great condition. Staff and service were great too. The food was amazing! Loved the food. Nool porotta, shezwan noodles, fried rice, ammachi beef roast, chicken naalukettu, chicken masala, lime mint and cold coffee- everything was delicious! Full of flavour and good portion size. Prices are a bit higher than usual places, they charge for salad as well. Would love to return and try other items.

The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish served fresh, hot, and beautifully presented. Our guests kept complimenting the variety, taste, and quality of the food. What truly set them apart was their excellent service and attention to detail. The entire team was courteous, well-organized, and ensured everything was great A heartfelt thank you to entare the team. We highly recommend this restaurant for everyone.

Place is rushed better reserve your table, food is really great service could be better but can't really complain 'cause of the rush. I will say this twice food is really great Edit: Evening was calm. Tried few desserts. Iced coffee with icecream is my favorite. Less on the sweet side with the bitterness of pure coffee was perfect for my taste buds. Royal faloda and special faloda was perfect for every sweet tooth out there. It's fulfilling with both fruits and nuts. We tried parcels and the portion sizes are decreasing but not the prize.
