This is located south of kayamkulam ksrtc busstand. I usually came here to eat chicken mandi and chicken alfam. While entrying ambience is good. There is a bathroom in there washroom itself. Gents and ladies bathroom is attached there itself. After we came to restaurant they will take order quickly. Non delay in food serving. Food taste is quite good. No compliance im taste of food. But have low collection of ice cream and cool drinks.
1. Very Arrogant Behaviour by the person who is incharge of the billing point. There attitude is rude towards customer at the billing point. 2. I have ordered Quarter piece Alfham and when i checked there is only Chicken Piece no bread at all, when i asked they said only Chicken piece will be provided. Back to 3-4 months i have eaten from here and they provided the bread. This also an act of a scam provided by Arabian Durbar Restaurant. 3. They provided me the parcel without even sealing the chicken.
I ordered one normal mandi Its rice is very tasty and flavourful but the chicken had no its felt like eating a boiled chicken . everything else the service was good and atmosphere is also good
I visited the restaurant with friends and had a great time! The food was delicious, and the service was friendly .
When i visited mandi was not ready for afternoon session ,waited for 15 mins to deliver, it was worth the wait . One of authentic restaurants to have delectable mandhi in kayamkulam. Beef mandhi is highly recommend than Chicken,sufficient rice with Quality and Quantity.Big pieces of beef than any other mandhi restaurants in the locality.Unlimited Rice is served there.Shawarma is also served there but i didnt feel that good. Ambiance was good with enough Room to host guests.It is best place for family and Friends because it is usually less crowded. Customer friendly service and Clean wash Area limited parking area and clean environment 190 For Beef Mandhi 150 for Chicken Mandhi.
Bad experience from the counter two times, they have very bad and rude behaviour to customers. please dont go there there are more nice restaurents near it.
I have never seen such bad behavior in any hotel. The staff here are very bad behaviour.
They have no idea how a beef ribs mandi should be. It was absolutely gruesome and grossly overpriced. Would not recommend at all.
