Chicking

Very bad experience. I went there with my family.the lady staffs were like they don't care about customers.we had to ask for every thing like cutleries, tissues etc.Also the place was full of flies.

I am writing this out of frustration and genuine concern after facing an extremely disappointing and dangerous experience at Chicking outlet. I have a specific allergy to eggs, and I made this very clear when ordering. Shockingly, the staff responded with, "We don't know what ingredients are used." Are you serious? This is not just poor service -- this is a severe violation of food safety standards. Your staff have no idea what goes into the food they are serving, and that is completely unacceptable, especially when people's health and lives are at risk. It begs the question: Is there no food safety inspection conducted at your outlets? Do you not train your employees on allergens and basic product knowledge? Are staff not given induction training on customer handling and safety protocols? What exactly are your employees trained for then? If they can't even answer basic questions about the food they serve, how can customers trust your brand? This wasn't just about poor communication or a bad attitude -- it's a potentially life-threatening situation for someone like me with allergies. If I hadn't asked, and had unknowingly eaten something with egg, the consequences could have been dire. I strongly urge Chicking management to: Conduct a full-scale audit of staff training and food safety awareness Immediately implement mandatory allergen training and ingredient knowledge sessions Ensure all staff are trained on how to properly communicate with customers Carry out frequent inspections to ensure compliance

First experience with this branch..and will be last also.. Have visited chickings kottayam.. ernakulam etc branches.. so I have a good experience with chickings so far. But this branch... Ordered super saver pack of 15pcs.. I got it after sometime.. but what I got is not the regular crunchy ones.. it was fully oily... Oily means...I was forced to use tissue paper also. Still it was oily.. Informed branch staff (on duty) But they don't care.. @chickingsindia

The space and ambiance at Chicking are genuinely nice - clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. However, I was quite disappointed with the service. I had placed an order online and arrived just 15 minutes late, only to be told it was cancelled due to a mix-up with another customer's order. What bothered me most was that no one even tried to call and inform me - which feels careless, especially when contact details are collected. That said, they did acknowledge the mistake and asked me to wait while they prepared the item again, which I appreciated. Still, the experience could have been much smoother with a little more attention to communication.

I recently visited Chicking in Kayamkulam and was thoroughly impressed with their services, deserving a full 5-star rating. The restaurant offers a delightful dining experience with a warm and inviting ambiance. The staff members are exceptionally courteous and attentive, ensuring that every need is met promptly. Overall, Chicking Kayamkulam provides an outstanding culinary experience that I highly recommend to anyone seeking great food and excellent service.

The food was quite good.. nicely served .. and tasty.. the atmosphere was also good.. the staffs were very friendly and served everything very kindly and heartfully.. i liked the current staffs...

The chicken was fresh and piping hot as well as tasty and succulent. I suggest Chicking rather than the other brand which is near to this outlet.happy and my family also we will visit again good work , good

I should have given a 5star plus because of the prompt service and hospitality offered especially by the female staff over there who was spreading positivity.
