I recently visited Kuttiyil Restaurant on my way through Keralapuram. The ambience was nice, but the cleanliness was lacking; both the tables and floors were not clean. I ordered a masala dosa. While the masala tasted good, the dosa was not up to the mark, and the vada didn't taste good at all. I also mentioned that I didn't need vada with the masala dosa, but the waiter informed me it was included, which felt unnecessary. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with the food or the service
We recently visited this restaurant , cleanliness and service was satisfactory. Ordered porotta ,butter chicken which was tasty. AC family rooms are without cool enough. Parking is available.Overall good.
Recieved unwashed plates, when complained they offered tissue paper. Chicken 65 we ordered has hair in it. When complained, they said they will make sure our next visit would be better n billed us for the whole thing. Nobody gonna step on there in this lifetime.
Would given them zero star but no option for this . Disaster food. We ordered veg fried rice and chilly paneer but it was Ghee rice with boiled carrots and beans nothing more .Paneer was horrendous slimy texture, bitter taste and foul smell. After complaining they gave some cauliflower curry which too was rubbish. Complete waste of money
I don't know why none of the food vloggers are visiting this place. In my opinion one of the best restaurants in Kollam to have traditional Kerala non veg items. Price is also affordable. Quantity is also good. Taste is superb. And the place is clean and hygienic. A must visit . I've tried their idi appam and rabbit roast , chicken curry, and Pathari and pothu roast, and Al faham. The food was very tasty. I strongly recommend this restaurant if you are coming to Kollam. This place is seriously underrated and must be brought to limelight. Kudos to the owner and the friendly staff. Keep up the good work.
I've been a regular customer for 6+ years now. The food never once disappointed me. I'm a big fan of the beef roast and chicken fry. Would recommend you trying both out.
