**Review of Domino's Pizza, Aluva** Our recent visit to Domino's Pizza in Aluva with family was less than satisfactory, primarily due to the hospitality and overall service experience. **Hospitality:** From the moment we entered, the hospitality left much to be desired. We felt an unwelcoming vibe, possibly because we ordered only a few small-sized pizzas for our first visit. It seemed as though our modest order was frowned upon, which was quite disappointing. **Ambiance and Service:** When we seated ourselves, the lights were off, creating an uninviting atmosphere. It wasn't until another customer arrived that the staff turned the lights on, and this was around 6 PM, a time when adequate lighting should be a given. This lack of attention to creating a welcoming environment for all customers is a significant drawback. **Food Quality:** Unfortunately, the pizzas did not meet our expectations. My kids, experiencing Domino's for the first time, did not enjoy the pizzas, leading us to parcel the remaining portions. The taste and quality were below what we anticipated from a brand like Domino's. **Facilities:** On a positive note, the cleanliness of the store was good, which is always a plus. Additionally, the parking space is adequate, accommodating about 5-6 cars, which is convenient for customers. **Overall:** While the cleanliness and parking facilities are commendable, the overall experience at Domino's Pizza in Aluva was marred by poor hospitality and a lackluster dining environment. Ensuring that every customer feels valued, regardless of their order size, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere are areas that need immediate attention. **Rating: 2/5**

We had ordered four types of pizza for our new office inauguration. I hope my office mates enjoyed the pizza. Overall, it was a good experience.

NB- I deleted a five star rating posted 8 years back, it was a new store then. - Sunday evening, store was moderately busy and taking order took much time than expected. - the whole store has just one functioning AC, rest of it is not working. After some 15 mins of placing the order, because of warmer conditions we found it better to change it to a take away option than to dine there. - Everybody seems to be busy though the orders were relatively taking more time. Probably because of too many home delivery orders. - cleanliness could be evidently felt. - pizzas were good and opting for a take away or a home delivery would be a better choice than dining there.

had a wonderful experience at this Domino's location on my way to the airport. The lady at the counter greeted me with such warmth and professionalism it was honestly the best welcome I've ever received at an international store. She took my order smoothly and with a smile, and I received my food quickly. Thank you for making my morning so pleasant

Pizza was delicious as always. What really stood out was the behavior of the lady staff member-very attentive and customer-focused. She handled a busy store with calm and efficiency. Will definitely visit again

Showed order would reach by 40 mins, reached 2 hours after I placed order. The food was dispatched 1 hr 30 mins after it was placed. Enjoy the food but your 30 or 40 minute or policy is a scam, thoroughly disappointed.
