Ate Nool parotta and Beef fry from here. The food was reallyyy good !! Nool parotta was really hot and crispy and the beef fry was exceptional !! The pieces were soft and the masal was really goood !! Would highly recommend ! The service was also good ! Didn't face any difficulty. The washroom area was also clean. They got a wide range of items on the menu to try out. Would highly recommend this place.

One of the best restaurant near Aluva metro station. Less than 100m Good customer service and good food. Rate was above medium. AC restaurant & normal is there. Parking space is available near to the main road.

We recently visited iftar aluva branch unfortunately our experience was so pathetic and worst customer service we were greeted by the host uninterested in seating us and didn't even offer a seating proper seating arrangement for us. We have asked multiple time for proper seating arrangement for us but they didn't consider us and the meal arrived cold ,After pointing this out, it took another 20 minutes to get the proper seating facility and by the time we got everything, the meal was no longer enjoyable. No apology was offered for the delays or mistakes, which only added to the frustration

It's located at the heart of Aluva city, just opposite to Aluva railway station. Food was tasty. It's heavily crowded all the time. The service also good. Porotta was very hot and fluffy, beef curry and chana was average. chicken biryani also good. Parking will be very difficult. Price seems to be pocket friendly. Staffs were very friendly and supportive. Since it's in road side can be easily accessible.

Update: From 5 to 1... oder something... wait 5 minutes... then you find out it's not available ... then wait 5 MORE minutes and find out the other food is not available ... 90% of menu only exists on paper... why???... im done making excuses for them... only come here for chai and snacks Original: Very nice from start to finish. Most of the food was fast because it was pre-made. The fresh to order food was great. We were a little bit disappointed in the portions but still great food. The green chilli juice was too sweet for me but i was happy to eat the chilli that was served with it

Visited and tried their chicken biriyani , normal chicken mandi and chicken kabsa also. Felt the biriyani average and mandi was okayish. The chicken kabsa is the best seller here filled with extra arabic kabsa flavour and chicken cooked in that way wrapped inside the banana leaf. Just try it once. Mostly available in the evenings as parcel too.

It used to be my favourite spot in Aluva for kabsa 3-4 years back.when I visited this place recently with all the cravings , it was a disappointment . Even the service and atmosphere was not up to the mark. The washroom was not maintained well . Even the food is not good as before.
