1. Food is Moderate 2. Service is below average. This waiter asked me 3 times whether we need juice or tea while having lunch. He prepared our bill before we could finish half our lunch. 3. There are 2 halves of this restaurant. Better to sit in area immediately after entering. It was a poor experience.

We visited this place on the way to Aluva. Since it was evening tea time, we had coffee and Uzhunnuvada. Both are super quality items. It's located at the left side when travelling from Ernakulam to Aluva, exactly at Compaypady, near Aluva. Ample car parking space available. After giving us the order , the waiter immediately gave us the bill, but we wanted to order more. And then he was sitting outside. So we waited for him and called him through another waiter. In fact,that is not a good way of doing a service.

The food is good at reasonable price, staffs are good. But the hotel is always crowded so there are not many staffs to serve them. The owners are focusing only to make money, so they dont have kany staffs. I visited the hotel more than 4 times and i faced the same issue every time. The hotel deserve a 5 star rating if they appointment more staffs to attend. Or else the customers have to wait for 15 mins for the staffs to take order

The substandard quality of food and inadequate service were unacceptable. Customers lacked the autonomy to determine portion sizes, being forced to order a minimum of three idlis, resulting in food waste. This practice is unprofessional within the food service industry, as individuals possess varying appetites and preferences. Similarly, the requirement to order a vada with a masala dosa, or choose an alternative dish, is restrictive. This managerial approach is unsatisfactory, particularly considering the paid nature of the service. I urge the owner to address these issues promptly.

Food tasted normal. Swift service. Vegetarian. On the highway which is the advantage.

I had lunch at Hotel Veg Sravana Bhavan at Companypadi and also tried their ghee roast and masala dosa. The service was really good -- the staff were polite and quick, and everything was served neatly and on time. However, when it comes to the taste, I found it just okay. The ghee roast and masala dosa didn't quite live up to expectations, especially if you've had similar dishes in places like Kochi where the taste is on another level. I wouldn't highly recommend this place if you're looking for standout flavors, but it's still a decent option to try once -- especially if you're in the area or just passing through.

Poor food, bad service, high price, waste of time and money. Ordered 1 Masala Dosa, 1 Ghee Roast, 2 coffee. And we waited for almost 15 - 20 minutes. Firstly we laughed looking at the size of Masala Dosa. It was too small. Coffee was cold and like milk water. There was no sufficient suppliers and the person who served us doesn't know how to take order or how to behave. Only advantage is parking space is there.

But service is very worst.bheaveing like rudely.and food quality is not good .they were not doing properly chill mushroom they are coating heavy totaly it's not good food in this hotel
