We visited Funnel Restaurant and ordered 2 garlic naans, Navratan Korma, and Biryani. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The food took 30 minutes to arrive, and with a special needs child who was getting hungry and frustrated, the delay was difficult. When the food finally came, they only brought one garlic naan along with the biryani and korma. I offered the naan to my mom and child and had to wait another 15 minutes for the second naan, which threw off the whole meal. Since there was no naan for the rest of us, we had to start eating the biryani earlier than planned. The food was flavorful overall, but the second garlic naan was undercooked, and the raita was extremely sour--so much so that it ruined the experience. When we brought this to the server's attention, he called the chef (Saryu Kumar), who apologized, but that was it. There was no genuine effort to make things right. To top it off, the chef casually asked if we wanted dessert. After that raita experience, we didn't want to take any more chances. Overall, we expected better service and consistency from a place that prides itself on fresh preparation.
Had the pleasure of dining out at Fennel during our 'staycation 'at the Ramada resort.Everything from the menu to the level of service by the bearers were just top notch.Pretry much every single item we ordered were absolutely delicious , also they had huge variety in their drink menu.Bit pricey for a regular dine out , however considering the five star experience and not having to drive out into the city during your precious 'chill back' time, it was totally worth it.

Stayed at Ramada for 3 nights, amazing breakfast spread, lunch and dinner options were aplenty too.. chef made amazing food and we also got a plum cake which was indeed delicious!
The service was very good. Food taste was very good. Ambiance was very peaceful.
