Ifthar Family Restaurant

I recently visited this Ifthar branch, but the experience was quite disappointing. While the location is excellent and easy to find, the biggest issue is parking. There is no dedicated parking space at all, and customers are forced to park on the busy roadside. This felt risky, especially during peak hours. To make matters worse, the security staff were rude, shouting at customers instead of assisting them. Once inside, the ambience didn't feel special. It was quite average and didn't add to the dining experience. We found a table and waited for around 10 minutes, but no staff came to take our order. When we called for service, the staff members just pointed at each other, which felt unprofessional and awkward. After a while, someone who seemed like the manager finally attended to us. We initially wanted to order Chicken Kabsa, but unfortunately, it was unavailable. So, we went with Chicken Biryani instead. The food arrived quickly, which was a plus, but the taste was not up to the mark. The biryani was too salty for my preference, making it less enjoyable. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to poor service, parking issues, and underwhelming food. I don't see myself visiting this branch again.

We ordered Vellappam ( Rs 12/pc), Idiyappam (Rs 10/pc) along with chicken curry (Rs 152), egg roast (Rs 48), chana masala (Rs 95), Tea (Rs 12) & Black Tea (Rs 10). The food was delicious & the staff is polite & attentive.

Taste was okay but felt a bit more expensive for that. They have many varieties of dishes and live appam was so nice.

Had chicken biriyani and porotta with alappey chicken curry. Loved the Biriyani... So delicious.. MUST TRY. Porotta was good. Allappey chicken curry(I don't remember if it's the rt spelling ) was a variety for me since I never tried chicken with mango . It's made with raw mango paste + thenga arach.. Like Fish curry. Service was good. They are always in rush Bt did the serve good. Less space outside Bt in ac hall they better seating and atmosphere. Tea snacks are also available

I had a disappointing experience from this hotel.I specifically ordered egg curry but was served beef gravy with egg on top. As someone with a severe beef allergy, this mistake was not only unacceptable but also hazardous to my health. This incident shows a lack of attention to dietary requests, which is crucial in the hospitality industry. I urge the management to take better care in handling food orders to ensure the safety of all customers."

I ordered a kappa (parcel), and to my horror, I found an unidentifiable creature in it. The smell was absolutely awful. This was an extremely unpleasant experience. I won't be ordering from here again.

Suffered from food poisoning after consuming Chicken Alfaham Peri Peri from here. Ordered on swiggy since it had promotion. Be careful. Filed a complaint in health department. I have all the proof including lab results and Drs diagnosis.

We ordered Al Faham Mandi rice at 12:30, but it tasted like they reheated leftover food from the previous day. The rice lacked freshness, was dry, and barely edible. Total waste of money for the quality they served. The ingredients didn't seem fresh, and the overall taste was disappointing. It's unacceptable for a place to serve such subpar food. Highly disappointed with the quality and standards they maintain. Would not recommend unless they improve freshness and food quality.
