Stepping into the cafe, I had high hopes based on the trendy decor and catchy name, but the experience quickly turned into a disappointment. The atmosphere, while attempting to be cozy and modern, felt more forced than genuine--dim lighting, mismatched furniture, and loud, unpleasant music that made conversation nearly impossible. The staff seemed uninterested and disengaged, barely offering a greeting and taking orders with an air of impatience, as if serving customers was a burden rather than their job. It took an unreasonably long time for our drinks and food to arrive, and when they finally did, the quality was shockingly poor. The coffee was bitter and clearly made with low-quality beans, lacking the richness or balance you'd expect from any cafe that takes itself seriously. The food, too, was a letdown--stale pastries, overpriced sandwiches with soggy bread, and barely warm soup that tasted like it came straight from a can. To make matters worse, the place was far from clean. Tables were sticky, plates from previous customers sat uncleared for ages, and the restroom was in such bad condition that it made you question the hygiene standards of the whole place. This cafe is the kind that thrives on hype and aesthetics rather than substance or service. It's clear they're more focused on being Instagrammable than providing a quality experience. Wonderful and fresh ambience with huge open spaces. The attempt at merging traditional food items along with continental ones is appreciable. Appropriate customer satisfaction levels are maintained by the team. Pricing not too high, nor too low. The bar of taste of the food could be raised a bit higher.

Food is good and sometimes drinks are not good. Service was not good.. sometimes they are not able to handle the crowd. Not cleaning the places if there is crowd

The food was pretty decent. I've had better breakfasts and dinners for sure so it can for sure be improved, but all in all a good restaurant. The buffets can be a good budget option on discounted meal offers. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Lovely ambience and food variety is also too good. Good for family stay as well as official work purpose. But while booking the hotel u should book with accomodation+breakfast+Dinner Best plan

Amazing places with friendly staff. Great service and the breakfast is divine! Enjoying our stay and are sure to visit again soon.

The customer service was excellent Rajnish made sure we were always comfortable in the restaurant. He was always ready to help.

It's a kind of cool restaurant cum bar mixed cafe with nice ambience with taller roofs n faded look lights... the people serviced over there are also good... the buffet mixed with beer offer n many other offer was so cool... especially the buffet itself with many varieties of food both sea food n land food was nice...
