A good restaurant. Variety of dishes. Clean and spacious. Parking is a little problem. But I will recommend it.

I was very disappointed with the biriyani I had in Kochi. While the restaurant offers a good ambiance and maintains good hygiene standards, the food quality, especially the biriyani, was far below expectations. I strongly suggest they consider bringing in a more skilled chef to improve the overall dining experience.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Mappas Restaurant in Kochi. Their Duck Mappas is an absolute must-try--rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. It paired beautifully with soft, flaky porottas and their delicious appam. I also tried their mango juice, which was incredibly refreshing and packed with natural flavor. This restaurant is a complete disappointment and totally overrated. We ordered soup, chapathi, parotta, chicken fried rice, chicken noodles, chicken biryani, gobi 65, chicken mappas, and butter chicken--every single dish was a disaster. The flavors were bland, and the food was barely edible. The only remotely decent items were the mojito, pineapple juice, and iced tea. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs!

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant . While the place looked clean and hygienic, that's the only good thing I can say. There were no other customers even though the place had plenty of space--this should have been our first warning. We ordered chicken soup, chicken curry, and chicken chilly. To our shock, everything tasted terrible. The chicken soup was completely bland and watery--no flavor at all. The chicken chilly was even worse. It was full of bones with hardly any meat. We were genuinely surprised at how the chef could serve food like this to customers. We raised our concerns with the staff. They apologized and reduced the price for the chicken chilly, but we weren't looking for a discount--we simply wanted decent food. The quality was unacceptable, and we left completely disappointed. Please improve your food standards. Serving this kind of meal is not fair to your customers.

Beginning from the food it is very tasty, well cooked well served and full of authentic flavours. The portion quantity was a ok compared to other outlets I've been in Kochi. Service was also very good the manager kept smiling at us and was very polite and welcoming. He also opend up the other place for us as we were more on number stewards too did their job well. Very nice people. Thank you for making our dining experience more memorable. The ambiance is also good you have music in the background with clean and minimalistic decor, with some rural Indian pictures around. All over 6 super star, wish to visit it again.

We had biryani from there... It must be said... The ambiance was nice, and it was clean, but the food was the I've had. Normally, biryani is an emotion for us, but after eating there, all those emotions turned into frustration. It was that bad. I would recommend looking for better restaurants or just taking a few pictures and leaving without eating.
