Exceptional taste for every dish. All cakes are ok The quality of the food is consistently good except few dish like pizza and sandwich not up to top.To get the staff to take the order I had to turn around and raise my hand and call them few times before they came. Same thing happened for drinking water. If you eat or buy cakes that's ok but otherwise it will take time we need patience. Waiting time is too long.. It took them nearly 20 minutes for a fresh lime and 1/2 hr for a chicken pizza.very lazy customer service. Waste of money and time not recommended at all.

Neat and hygiene food. Nothing felt bad except the delay for food. But i think it's nice to be late sometimes, because some restaurants already prepare food before you order and serve you after just heating the same. Preparation was good and will give you some high class serving. Nice ambience inside with air conditioning. The cost for food is a little higher but serves 2. There is a small parking space at the front and others can park at the road side.

Cake Reel in CUSAT is one of my favorite cake shops. They offer a wide variety of cakes and also have good food options. I've tried almost all their cakes, and each one has been good. The cakes are mostly affordable, making it a great choice for anyone looking for quality desserts. I highly recommend Cake Reel to anyone in the area.

Exceptional taste for every dish. Naada chicken is one recommendation, where the chicken had exceptional marination, fried super good, inside was so moist. Such a delightful experience. Roti too, nothing like i have tasted before. The chef has put a lot of effort into delivering the best result. I felt the pricing was also economical when we compared the quality and quantity of food. I would love to try a few more dishes. I feel that the service provider issue was solved, because our table was waited on by a wholesome guy, who was much more warmer interacting. He suggested really good combination and overall we day a delightful night.

Great ambience. Top notch refreshing food with burst of flavors.We had veggie kebab burger, Singapore noodles, mushroom soup...Their signature honey cake was truly delightful. Customer service was excellent, huge shout out to Suhail! Totally recommend to visit when in Kochi, India

That was really one of the best food experience we had. Especially the chat with the owner. The way he explains his dish gives you a confidence to try something new out of your comfort zone. I will definitely keep that in mind. Each dish here are A one and am sure the chef has put all the effort and his heart to it. Loved the ambience, style, presentation, taste. Clean toilets are another important factor many of the restaurants fail but here we give 5/5. Will definitely come again to try their other signature dishes. **Sharing few foodie pics.. **

They had great ambience. But no car parking for customers, Customers will have to park somewhere near to the shop. They took around 1 hour to serve the food even after we pre ordered everything. Food was good.
