I was extremely disappointed and disturbed to find an insect inside the lime juice that was served to me. This is not only unacceptable but also poses a serious health hazard. I had expected a certain standard of hygiene and quality from your hotel, and this experience was far below that expectation. I request that you look into this matter immediately, identify how such a lapse in hygiene occurred, and take appropriate corrective action. I also expect to be informed of the steps you will be taking to ensure this does not happen again in the future. Ordered egg noodles normal but mistakenly they made schezwan and received schezwan egg noodles. It was too spicy and taste not upto the mark. Not suggest to anyone.

I visited Thaal Restaurant expecting a decent dining experience, as they are a well-known chain and typically maintain basic hygiene standards. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The plates and glasses were visibly unclean, and the table was not wiped down properly. To make matters worse, while I was halfway through my biryani, a cockroach crawled out from under the table and onto the surface and was crawling around the glass,jug and the plate. When I reported this to the counter, a staff member simply shooed it away without offering an apology or addressing the issue seriously. I paid the full amount and left immediately. I strongly advise against visiting this place until they prioritize and maintain basic hygiene standards.

Located opposite to the government polytechnic college Kalamassery at HMT junction. Food taste is average but neatly maintained and quick response from the staff. Curry is really spicy and of large quantity which is more than enough for a single person. Mostly their curry is well suited for twin sharing. Wheat parotta is available which is good.

Found a Cockroach in Biryani - Disgusting and Unprofessional Response I visited Thal Restaurant, HMT Junction, hoping for a good meal, but the experience was horrifying. Halfway through eating the biryani, I found a small cockroach in the food. It was revolting and made me question the restaurant's hygiene standards. When I brought this to the staff's attention, I was met with scornful and dismissive behavior. Instead of apologizing or addressing the issue, they acted as if it was not a big deal, which was even more upsetting than finding the cockroach. This kind of attitude shows a complete lack of responsibility and respect for customers. Such negligence and unprofessionalism are unacceptable in any restaurant. The food was fine, but unfortunately, the service was subpar. We were initially seated, but then had to change seats due to a lack of space. Our waiter took a long time to bring out our food. To make matters worse, when we asked for a refill on the dips, they took the bowl away and brought back a different one, which appeared to have been used by another customer. Although it was likely due to the rush, the overall experience left us unsatisfied. Experience at the billing was not that good either.

Tried only shawarma- good quantity of chicken and vegetables as salad along with that. Good thing salt was moderate.
