The food quality and quantity were great. I had the Pot Biryani, and it was delicious and filling. The prices were affordable too. The ambience was nice, and the small play area for kids was a good touch. However, the presence of many flies was a bit uncomfortable while eating. Overall, a good spot to enjoy with your family and friends

While coming Back to Kochi we stopped here for lunch, we were really impressed by the service, as we had a child we had requested for very less spice paneer dish and were happy that they went out off the way to make the child happy, the rice was not steaming hot but the dishes were super tasty for us.. Kalaanji tawa fry, Beaf Roast and all the dishes included in the Fish curry meal were good, Chatti chor is theirs was also good.

Shahruk shawarma is the best option

Pathetic and unhygienic. We went as a group of four. Two of us ordered meals and two ordered chicken biryani. The meal curries were tasteless and bland. Only the parippu curry was palatable. The chicken biriyani itself was okay but a bit too oily. However only raita was given as a side-dish. No achar or pappadam. The bathrooms were awful and showed evidence of not being regularly cleansed.

I ordered Gobi Manchurian and what I got was a salty, inedible mess. When I complained, your so-called "supplier" had the audacity to say I should've told him before eating. Seriously? Am I supposed to guess the taste with a crystal ball? If you can't serve decent food or handle basic complaints with even a shred of professionalism, you have no business running a food service. Stop wasting people's time and money -- either fix your standards or shut down and try your luck begging on the streets. Absolutely ridiculous experience. Never again.

I am disappointed due to the non-delivery of my order. When I called, I was told that they couldn't deliver the food because their bike issue I explained that a bike wasn't necessary since the delivery location is only 100 meters away and that just walkable distance i couldnt able to walk so i requestd a help However, they still refused, stating that they couldn't deliver because they had other pending orders. I am confused as to why a bike is required for such a short distance. If they are unable to find a solution for such situations, it reflects poorly on their ability to manage deliveries and leaves a bad impression due to the staff's lack of responsibility.
