Malabar Majlis Kuzhimandhi Restaurants

Tried their masala shawai mandhi..so good and tasty.

I ordered the quarter Al Faham Mandi from here. The Al Faham had a plain taste--not very flavorful--but it was soft and well-cooked. The rice was a bit hard and could have been cooked a little more. The quantity of rice was large, but the chicken felt small in comparison. They did provide a good amount of mayonnaise, chutney, and some salad, which was nice. Overall, it's decent, but I hope they improve, as there are only a few good spots for Mandi in Kottayam.

It was just an alright experience for us. We ordered their peri-peri chicken mandhi that was served alongside mayo, tomato sauce, cabbage salad and we asked for their green chutney. The mandhi was just alright. The peri peri chicken tasted okay but it was very chewy and not soft at all. The rice was totally bland. The green mint chutney (you have to ask for it to be served as they won't serve it unless you ask for it) was the hero and that was brilliantly spicy! Sadly, they didn't have lime soda when I asked for it. The service had a lot to improve. The person serving us was kind but mostly felt absent minded and had to keep reverting back to us multiple times to confirm our order and if lime soda / 7up etc was available or not. The ambience of the place also could improve. Over-all, it's an okay place with the food also being just alright.

Malabar Majlilis restaurant is located in kodimatha road. In my experience the taste was average. I tried the "Jallikettu Manthi". I think that combination manthi is get only at Malabar Majlis in Kottayam.this food items promotion videos shown in instagram reels,i never eat Jallikettu Manthi, so this taste is real or not i cannot understand .price list and item list are listed below in photos section.

Good restaurant, but not maintained in a proper way. The quality and taste of food needs to be improved. The service was good and the price was reasonable. As per my experience i will recommend for a one-time visit.

Good food but i did not suggest normal mandhi...

Their mandhi is not so good as they say. I tried it once with my friend, then we decided not to go there again . even though It's a newly opened shop the food is miserable. *I was talking about the kottarakkara branch*

Ordered beef rib mandhi. It was good.
