The burgers are tasty and of decent size, The flavouring was very good, thought its a bit overpriced but the taste and quality made for it. seating and hygiene is great too. would recommend it

Had an amazing time at the place. Tried quite a few things from the menu and honestly, everything hit the spot. The Nashville Chicken (Hot) Deluxe Sando was packed with flavor and heat, just how I like it. The chicken tenders and Korean chicken strips were crispy, juicy, and super satisfying. Loved the loaded fries and the hand-cut Cajun fries--seriously addictive. Also tried the chao fan rice for a nice switch-up, and it was a solid choice. The caramel shake was rich and creamy, and finishing off with a mango milk popsicle was the perfect sweet ending. The vibe of the place is super cute and vibrant, with good music playing in the background--great for chilling with friends or even a casual solo visit. Definitely coming back to try more!

Aaa.. the famous Flamin Hot chicken of Kochi is finally here in Kottayam! Yay! Huge fans! Went for the HOTTEST OF HOTTEST deluxe chicken sando (my personal favourite), chicken wrap, green lemonade, mango cooler, cold coffee and dynamite chicken fries! Oh boy! The spicy HOT HOT Sando, packed with flavours and spicy that literally burnt my mouth but totally worth the awesomeness! The chicken wrap was awesome! And the fries were fresh and brilliant as well! The drinks, daaammn! Definitely great! A DEFINITE RECOMMEND PLACE!! we love their service and their food! Great parking! Good service! But BRILLIANT FOOD!

What truly made the evening special was the incredibly friendly staff and the warm hospitality of the owner, who went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The ambience of this place feels reminiscent of the larger chains like KFC and McDonald's--modern, spacious, and bustling with energy. Service here is top-notch, with friendly staff ensuring a smooth dining experience. There's also plenty of parking, which is always a plus. We began our meal with the Nashville Deluxe Sandos, one flaming hot and the other medium. The flaming hot version was a standout. The chicken was perfectly tender, and the fiery spices were spot-on--bold, spicy, and utterly mouthwatering. The sandwich quality was impressive, with generous portions that left us satisfied. As a bonus, they treated us to a complimentary two-piece fried chicken, a nice touch for our order. While the fried chicken was a little on the oily side, it made up for it with its crispy, crunchy coating and tender interior. The Cajun fries were a pleasant surprise, offering a perfect balance of heat and flavor. A nice touch of spice and masala made them addictive. However, the Korean chicken was a letdown--it was overwhelmingly sweet, to the point that it became inedible for my taste. The lemonade soda was refreshing, but at an inflated price, it didn't quite justify the cost. The only real downside was that most of our food arrived lukewarm, except for the fried chicken. The heat seemed to dissipate too quickly, and a fresher serve would have made a world of difference, particularly with the sandos. Despite the few hiccups, I'd definitely return, especially to try their extra flaming hot Deluxe Sando. Nashville deluxe sandos- 9/10. Fried chicken- 7.5/10 Cajun fries- 8/10 Korean chicken - 0.5/10 Lemonade soda- 5/10.

I had been eagerly waiting to try Flamin' Hot chicken ever since I first saw it in Kochi, so I was excited when I found out it had arrived in Kottayam. However, I was highly disappointed after trying the food. Although it arrived ahead of the estimated time, it was still ice cold. The buffalo sando tasted like an ordinary zinger burger. The Nashville fries were good, but the Korean chicken fries were bland. They also didn't offer to deliver the other spicy hot sandos I had hoped to try. Overall, it wasn't worth the price. I will update my review if I try the other burgers in the future.
