Went here for lunch buffet, honestly, the seating and the general restaurant ambience is top class! But the food: " It's just average!! ". Beef was good, chicken felt a bit stale, chapati was bad, felt like those semi cooked chapati just made and served some hours ago, not fresh, pasta was bad, veg biryani could have been better, honestly, I can go on, but for the price paid, there are other restaurants where the buffet is better!! The food here is EXTREMELY OVERRATED!!
Exceptional service from the restaurant staff led by executive chef Mr Peter's. Excellent understanding of allergies including gluten-free coeliac requirements which is a difficult concept for many in Asia and India to discuss generally. Tasty food in addition to all of this makes us want to go back. Well done team.
Food was tasty here. I ordered parotha and beef curry, both were very good. You can sit here both AC restaurant in indoor and lakeside view at outdoor. Price in AC restaurant is 20 ra more. Service wise place is good. Overall it is a good place to visit.
Very disappointed. Food and services are not good enough. Putting extra charges on the bill which we are not ordered. More than 1 hour delay to get the food. Absolutely disappointed. Never recommend to anyone.
The buffet is not worth it at all. No starters, 3 non veg gravy items(beef, fish curry, chicken manchuriyan) are served. Out of this the beef is good. The other two items have no taste at all. The fish curry is a disaster, it smells very bad. Coming to veg items Veg biryani and appam are good. Veg manchurian is not good. In the desserts section payasam, fruit salad and vanilla ice cream is served.
Mr kurian and Joji, and Mr Jikku and team has proven excellent service and impeccable attitude. Very happy with the overall experience. Highly recommend to peers who want to have a relaxing yet luxurious day.

Bad food . The food rate was high with low quality. Never experienced such food in Kerala. Wash room hygiene is zero. Not happy
