I was order beef biriyani but I eat a Cockroach biriyani bery unhygienic food How did you get the food license? Tell me, it is common to get a license by paying money, isn't it?

one of the worst hotel in kottayam. we ordered chicken biriyani and they gave us a this thing with chicken who studied with my great grandfather, ghee rice masala without masala , sea egg with little salt that can give you a heart attack. please don't step in. theyre doing this just for money. not for a better place to eat. it's an expensive shit

We stopped at this restaurant during a KSRTC bus break, and it was really disappointing. We ordered chapathi and egg curry, but the curry was just chill powder mixed in water with a boiled egg, and it had no taste. The egg wasn't fresh, and the chapathi was too dry. The place was also dirty, and the service wasn't great. It seems like they're only busy because of the bus stand nearby, but I definitely won't be coming back.

Very bad meal.Fish curry & fish fry had a really bad taste.And when we complained about the fish taste they argued that no one complained about it & didn't changed it.I saw many complained about the fish & they left fish curry in the plate.Bad customer service.

Worst hotel near KSRTC Stand Kottayam. We ordered Appam and egg Curry for breakfast. The appam was cold and the egg curry was sour in taste. Food is very bad and expensive Service is below average Toilet is disgusting Not Recommendable My rating:0/10

Very bad food. Biriyani was very pooor

Food is average. They are big cheaters. They overcharged us by giving added up bill. I figured it out and when we asked they didn't have proper answer. Last two times this happened. They also don't have proper bill or GST included. Don't get cheated. I am going to Inform authorites about this daytime robbery. If you look into the bill you will see first they charged 250 then the reduced to 220Rs. Also a very tiny plate beef they charge 90Rs which doesn't even worth the amount they charge. - Don't get cheated!

Food is below average.... Rate is high.... I chose meals and beef fry... 70+ 160... Rice not cooked well.. fry is not upto the quantity for what they are charging for it... Go for better option.. worst experience
