We held a little gathering here, and it was a great time. The Pepper BBQ and Chicken Tikka biriyani were really delicious. Although the staff was pleasant, the service was a little slow. Without a doubt, I would suggest this location for a small gathering.
The restaurant was free, more take away than dine in. The cream of mushrooms was delicious but the rest of the items did not meet the expectations as of last time. Dragon Chicken was so hard, savarama was less spicy, Egg fried rice and BBQ was up to mark but the paneer Manchurian was disappointed .
I can confidently give them a five-star rating--they truly deserve it. As one of the best restaurants in Kottayam, they offer a wide variety of dishes to satisfy any craving. The only downside is the waiting time, but the food is definitely worth the wait.
The ambiance and decoration of the restaurant is really amazing. We ordered 3 varieties of momos. They were only average in terms of taste. Its a great spot for friends and family to chill.
The overall experience was average. While some of the food items were enjoyable, the quality and taste of most dishes did not meet expectations. Additionally, the service needs significant improvement, as it lacked attentiveness and efficiency. It would be great to see more consistency in food quality and better training for the staff to ensure a more pleasant dining experience. With some improvements, this place has the potential to offer a much better experience
We have ordered two dum biriyani.. This is the worst biriyani i have ever had in kottayam.. The chicken was raw and stale and they charged 180 per biriyani not even worth it
Nice restaurant mostly for non vegetarian food. Had beef biryani.It was good.The beef was so soft and yummy.The quantity was large.They put caramelized onions on the top of the biriyani which was awesome and I like that a lot . Fresh lime was not too cold. The lighting was dull in order to get a spooky feeling as the restaurant theme suggests. The drawings inside represents Halloween. As the restaurant is open , dust has accumulated in various places.Thats the only con I saw. Will definitely visit again to try their other delicious dishes.
Visited this place for a family dinner; highly recommended. Never anticipated such wonderful service from this pre opening restaurant . I've observed a few things: the food was good, the ambiance was good, and the customer satisfaction was pretty good. The restaurant's owner was gracious enough to provide good service. Given five stars because both the food and service were of a calibre that was unmatched in Kottayam restaurants.
