The Outhouse Bistro (Hotel Aida)

Outhouse always has amazing food and great service. I have always been a fan of their thin crust pepperoni pizza. Their cocktails are also amazing, they have a variety menu for 'em. Almost all of their starters are also really tasty and appetizing. This bistro has been in the top 3 go to restobars since a while.

Food : poor Parking space : good Service: ok Ordered 1)chicken manchow n hot n sour soup both are below average.... 2)kiwi mint cooler cocktail: never ever try by mistake. 3) juice n mocktail : not fresh 4) Gai thod chicken: Ok 5) crumbed prawns: average taste, less quantity for the price Overall : unsatisfied Quantity: less for the price

Totally enjoyed the food, service and the ambience. The bbq chicken pizza was a top hit, tandoori chicken also was great.

I've visited Outhouse a few times before and had decent experiences, but this visit for lunch was quite disappointing. We ordered a few items the crispy chicken burger tasted good, but the portion size was underwhelming. The patty was far too thin to feel like a proper burger. The Alfredo chicken pasta tasted unexpectedly sweet, and we ended up asking the waiter to cancel it after tasting. The biriyani was also below average and lacked flavor. Hope they work on consistency and portion sizes!! The day's special which was listed on the board outside was not available, the waiter said the chef was not present, which i found funny coz the board was a hand written one

My Experience at Outhouse Bistro was pretty good. Great Parking. Good Atmosphere with great sitting and very pretty decorations. I had pizza and it was pretty good that I ended up ordering another one just because of how good the service was and the atmosphere makes you wanna sit there and eat and talk to your loved ones. Pretty Good Outhouse Bistro. Great Experience.

This is one of the must try places in Kottayam locality. It is located inside Hotel Aida on SH1. It has really good ambience and the food quality is top notch. The prices are on a bit expensive scale but they serve good quality food worth the price. The service is also really good. They also serve drinks and other mocktails too. The place is fully packed at lunch times so we'll have to wait for a while. Great hangout spot for youngsters. We tried their crunchy chicken salad, chicken tikka pizza, Mixed fried rice and Fresh Lime. The Pizza was thin crust and really delicious. The Mixed fried also served to its name and had beef ,chicken, prawns ,egg etc in it. Crunchy chicken salad is a good choice for salad lovers. Overall had a great experience.

Food was just ok not great. Price is more than other restaurants so we expect the best in everything. Service and ambience is really good. Tried Honey glazed chicken, Alfredo chicken pasta, Pepper pork pizza, Chiken tikka, porotta and butter naan. Pasta was really good. Had better honey glazed chicken in lesser price in other places, also the onions in chicken felt staled. Other items were ok. Overall food is just ok. Will recommend if you're looking for a cozy place with nice and peaceful atmosphere, also not worried about price. But again you can find better places in Kottayam. Have good parking space and enough tables for rush hours. Reservations are available so make use of it if you're with a big group. Accepts all types of payments including UPI and card.
