Theos Restaurant

Food was good and lot of varieties but I feel the customer experience needs to be improved.i have reached restaurant around 8pm and they asked us to wait outside while setting the table but that 15 minutes mosquito session was unbearable..not able to find a single smiling person who serves food.I loved squids,Fish fingers,Cheese blueberry pudding.

I still dont know what is the 4 star reviews about but Iwas famished wen I got there on a sunny afternoon and ordered a veg sandwich which looked and tasted as sad and bland that I'm short of words and for the price they charge definitely even rating 1 is not enough. The French fries were cold and felt like they were not even fresh n just reheated. Pictures shared for reference

We've been regular customers of Hotel Theos by Aida and have always enjoyed their food. The Fish Mango Curry has been one of our all-time favorites, with four generous pieces of fish, a rich, creamy curry consistency, and mango pieces that make the dish special. Unfortunately, our recent order was a disappointment. The curry was extremely watery, completely lacking the usual creamy texture that defines this dish. There were no mango pieces, and the number of fish pieces was also noticeably less. Consistency is critical to maintaining customer trust, and this experience left us let down. We hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and ensures their standards remain as high as they've always been.

Nestled in the heart of Kottayam, away from the hustle and bustle of city life, this restaurant offers a refreshing escape with its serene atmosphere.** It's a delightful spot for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing dining experience. The staff here go above and beyond to make your visit memorable, with special mention to Sadhesh, who was exceptionally friendly and attentive. He not only recommended some of the best dishes on the menu but also made sure our children were well taken care of by offering suitable options for them. The Biryani was truly outstanding - full of flavour and perfectly cooked, it's a dish that alone is worth the visit. And don't leave without trying their desserts; they're a must-try and provide the perfect sweet ending to a great meal. Another big plus is the ample parking space, which makes it convenient for guests to visit without the hassle of searching for parking. Overall, this restaurant in Kottayam is a gem, combining great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Loved the food and service here. The chicken sizzler we ordered was really yummy. The sauce was really good. But they were out of French fries which usually comes with the chicken sizzler and they did not substitute it with anything else. To accompany this we got 2 pieces of regular bread and a small cube of butter. We had also ordered dragon chicken and the chicken was completely dry. Apart from this the service was really good. I would definitely go back for the delicious sizzler.

Located in the heart of the city but away from all the city hazzle in a quiet place.. its got amazing parking as its combined with Hotel Aida and Outhouse. the whole ambience especially at night is so relaxing and also welcoming.. You have a lot of seating space even if you come in groups too since space is very big and you will not feel squeezed like normal places..The whole atmosphere inside is very beautiful and very spacious ..Since its In Aida Hotel next to Outhouse , it recently added the much more dishes from Outhouse into the menu aswel. Since its more like a restobar , they also serve drinks to the table if you need too..Only downside i could point out is the delay for the serving , the Sizzler we ordered took more than 1 hour to be served apart from that everything was fine.. all the dishes we ordered were well prepared and delicious.. there is ample space inside to accomodate a lot if people too even if u go in big groups.. the whole place is kept very neat too..definetly reccomend to visit especially at night to enjoy the whole lighting and ambience of the whole place..

Excellent food. They have the best pepperoni pizza in town. That's right it's pepperoni how much better can you make it. Try it and tell me if have tasted a better one. They can improve on the quantity though. It's too little to serve even 1. Generally the food here is really top quality

Must try place. Very neat and lovely, has plenty of space for parking and has variety of dishes. Has play area for kids, feeding room for babies etc. desserts were so good
