I visited this McDonald's outlet yesterday and ordered five soft serve cones. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The staff member at the counter displayed a noticeably unwelcoming attitude, treating us with what felt like unwarranted irritation. Despite there being no other customers at the time, after we made the payment, he took a phone call and went inside, leaving us waiting at the counter for nearly 10 minutes. When he finally returned, he handed over the order with visible reluctance and a clear lack of courtesy. We also had to specifically ask for the balance amount, which should have been returned without prompting. I urge the management to ensure that customer-facing staff are trained in basic hospitality and politeness. A friendly and respectful approach goes a long way in enhancing the customer experience and maintaining the brand's reputation.

Tried their Maharaja burger meal which consists of a maharaja burger,medium quantity french fries and a drink(coke, sprite,fanta...you can choose one). It was totally worth it!!! Good quality maharaja burger with big quantity.Top notch They also serve icecream,softy's etc Some vegan options also available. Service was a little bit late but it's ok. Looking forward to visit again!!!!

We had come ice cream and which is good. Menu are offerings a refreshing twist to the traditional fast-food experience.High ambiance and cleanliness, interiors are modern and well-maintained, providing a comfortable dining environment for patrons. The staff are friendly and good service.

Terrible experience at McDonald's - Hilite Mall, Calicut (visited on 10th June 2025). The service was a disaster from the start. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely unwelcoming. I paid 1000 in cash for a bill of 836, and the person at the counter gave back 160 -- when I asked about the remaining 4, he casually said "collect it later", with a rude tone, and even muttered something under his breath. When I offered to pay online instead, he said "that's not possible now" -- as if it was a huge deal to handle a basic transaction. Our food was prepared and left out on a table for over 45 minutes, getting cold. When we asked about the status of our order, they said it wasn't ready. After I argued with them, they simply picked up the cold burgers from that table and gave them to us -- no apology, no explanation. We had ordered Coke, but only after that long 45-minute wait, while handing over the food, they suddenly said "Coke is over, is Sprite okay?". Like, why wasn't that told earlier? We weren't even given an option -- just expected to accept it. There were also other frustrated customers waiting and facing similar issues. It seemed like they only served people who complained or asked for refunds. Completely disappointing experience from a brand like McDonald's.

I recently visited the McDonald's located on the 3rd floor of Hi Lite Mall in Kozhikode, Kerala, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The quality of the ingredients was top-notch, and everything was cooked to perfection. The fries were crispy and golden, the burgers were juicy and flavorful, and the beverages were refreshing. I especially enjoyed the McSpicy Chicken Burger, which had the perfect blend of spice and flavor. Additionally, the location within Hi Lite Mall makes this McDonald's incredibly convenient. Whether you're taking a break from shopping or looking for a quick and satisfying meal, this is the perfect spot. The view from the 3rd floor adds an extra charm to the dining experience, making it a pleasant place to relax and enjoy your meal. Had a very disappointing experience at Hilite McDonald's. The staff seemed uninterested and unresponsive, and we eventually left without ordering. Customer service needs serious improvement. Reply to owner: Thank you for your response. While I appreciate the gesture, the issue wasn't just a minor inconvenience-it was a complete lack of attentiveness and basic courtesy from the staff. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to better training. I'll consider visiting again if there's noticeable improvement.

The service was fast, even during peak hours, which I really appreciated. The self-service kiosks made ordering even more convenient, and the drive-thru service was equally efficient.
