Arya Bhavan

Dont enter. They are cheating by giving arya bhavan name. Its not original. Not at all good food. Ordered tomato rice and u can see what they gave. Fully oily and nuts in the rice is not baked like eating stones. Dosa not at all good. Not baked well. Looting money by taking others name.

Aryabhavan brings back a lot of memories as we had been visiting here as a family during college days. However, the standards have dipped and the items are a hit or miss. Morning items appear to taste good, poori ecspecially while veg biriyani at lunch was disappointing. The Evening Masala Dosa which used to be their highlight doesn't have the special taste it used to have. Recently, I had a vada and podi tea, both of which were good. The prices are very reasonable. Never been to the rooms in a long time but I do remember how cheap they were and provided good comfort. The courtyard and sitouts are a good added touch

For just 90, they are providing very good meals in big banana leaf in AC. They name it special meals. In non AC it's called normal meals which costs 60. You have to go around 12 noon to eat peacefully without wait time. The only problem is that they don't like serving curries again and again as its just 90, only sambar is served often, if you ask for more curries , they will serve very less.

Arya Bhavan is a special restaurant for me, as it's the place my dad always takes us to. It has a variety of unique vegetarian dishes that truly stand out and have made us love this place in many ways. The food is consistently good and satisfying. However, the ambience at this outlet isn't the best and could definitely be improved. The service also needs a bit more attention. That said, they do have another outlet with better service and a more pleasant atmosphere. Still, the food keeps us coming back.

Arya Bhavan is always my first choice whenever I pass through SM Street feeling hungry. They serve top-quality food at affordable prices. Located at the center of SM Street near Radha Theatre, it's easily accessible. I had lunch here and tried the traditional "Sadhya," but unfortunately, we missed out on the "payasam" since we arrived late at 2:30 PM. The fried rice was also delicious. This spacious and comfortable hotel is definitely a must-visit!

Budget friendly vegetarian dishes you can get here. We had Aappam and Kadala Curry. And thattu dosa. As usual chutney and sambar were bland. But for the money it is adjustable. If they work on cleanliness and improve their taste this restaurant will attract more people. Never try their Poori (old oil) and Masala Dosa (old Masala and old outdated batter). Malayalis have no complaints but as someone who know the genuine taste dishes here are made by someone who have no understanding on these.

Tried their parotta and curry. It was decent enough. Apparently it is famous for thali/ meals. Do give it a shot

Very tasty and hygienic food. Spacious dining hall. Best veg restaurant in town
