It's an upscale lodge. Opposite KSRTC Bus station, in a bye-lane. Can park around 10 cars easily. No Lift. AC rooms are on the ground floor. In non AC rooms, they have to upgrade the beds. They have become very hard. Sleep is affected. Very good place to stay for solo guys on work.

Worst experience.Disturbing atmosphere.not a kind of family friendly.lots and lots of mosquitoes.. sound from nearby room or building whatever is hearing.The sleep was horrible.not at all recommended.only the positive side is average cleanliness and TV.

Very bad experience and their service is very bad. Rooms are okay but the bathroom had smell it's very pitty. Never suggest this again

Nice place. Near new bus stand and KSRTC. Walkable distance. Good neat room. Clean bathroom. Good water. Non/AC double room for Rs. 900/- only. No dust in walls. Neat bed sheets. TV, fan, mosquito net. Long Wall mirror, etc. No lift. Comfortable.

Decent and spacious rooms. Good for a day lodging. Clean bathrooms. Located near Sreekandeaswara Temple and KSRTC bus terminal. They even provide extra beds if needed. No food delivery. There is no elevator. Reasonable rent.

Very good veg restaurant is available nearby. Very close to KSRTC bus stand. Non AC room is 750 only. Very friendly staff.

One of the budget friendly rooms in calicut. I taken single room at 700 rupees.room and wash room has clean and hygiene.you can reach here few minutes walk from ksrtc garage, 24 hour service available, friendly staffs, overall value for money.
